    摘要： Purging of a gas supply line is effected using a serviceman's purging tool having a hose for attachment to the supply line with an opposite end of the hose attached to a burner nozzle carried on a support frame. The burner nozzle is arranged to generate a stream of the gases exiting from the pipe to be purged. The frame carries a receptacle for a propane torch and angles the burner of the torch so as to be directed across the stream of gas from the supply pipe. The burner from the torch thus provides combustion of the purged non-ignitable products from the supply pipe until the ignitable gas reaches the nozzle whereupon the ignitable gas is ignited indicating that the pipe is purged. The receptacle comprises a cylindrical sleeve for receiving the tank of the propane torch and a bracket for guiding the nozzle of the torch across the stream.

    摘要： A method and apparatus, for improving the control and the efficiency of in-situ combustion (i.e. burning of oil spills atop bodies of water) of combustible waste materials on land or sea to cleanup such waste, that is also less complex than similar apparatuses, whereby the apparatus traverses over a surface containing combustible material, allowing for vortex flow incineration of the material to occur inside a combustion chamber, aided by a vortical flow of air which is controlled for greater combustion efficiency. Compared with current methods and apparatuses to cleanup similar waste, the present method requires minimal moving parts, is mobile, is low cost, is easy to construct, enables high-quality combustion, burns faster and more complete, produces low emissions, incinerates waste material on land and water, and mitigates the creation of combustion residue which thereby mitigates the adverse effects of such combustion residue that smothers ocean life.

    摘要： An environmental-conservation campfire caddy comprises a container, a cover and a kind of combustible material; wherein the container and the cover are made from paper barrels; while the combustible material is made of waste of paper scraps or wood shreds generated during production of the paper container and the paper cover, and is made by adding wax to perform a mixing process, and then is placed in a receiving chamber of the container to be covered with the cover. When the combustible material is burned in the container, it can be used as campfire; when not in use, the container is covered with the cover to interrupt contact of the combustible material with air, and then the combustible material is extinguished. The campfire caddy thus can be repeatedly used, and it is entirely made of environmental-conservation material decomposable in a natural mode, and will not create environmental pollution or damage in use.
