The method controlled includes: a first step of sensing the temperature inside the furnace by a temperature sensor inside the heating furnace; a second step of receiving the measured temperature value inside the furnace, comparing the measured temperature value with a set reference temperature value, and outputting, to a sequence controller, an analog signal corresponding to a difference between the measured temperature value inside the furnace and the set reference temperature value; a third step of controlling combustion, and amounts of fuel, air, and discharged combustion gas of each of the burners by the sequence controller by a program set according to the outputted value in the second step; a fourth step of measuring the pressure inside the heating furnace due to combustion gas according to a combustion load; a fifth step of comparing the measured pressure value with the reference pressure, and outputting, the sequence controller, an analog signal corresponding to a difference between the measured pressure value and the reference pressure; and a sixth step of controlling, according to the outputted value of the fifth step, the discharge amount of combustion gas set in the third step by the sequence controller.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device for continuously preheating a mixture of burnable gas, particularly natural gas and oxygen, prior to the catalytic combustion thereof, wherein the combustion heat thereof can be used to heat fed-out natural gas, before or after the expansion thereof and supply to consumers, in order to compensate for the Joule-Thomson effect. The device is designed as a jet pump having a propelling nozzle and a diffuser aligned therewith. The propelling nozzle is the inlet for the mixture into a mixing chamber disposed in the pump housing, a suction line for the natural gas heated by means of catalytic combustion being connected to the chamber. The diffuser is part of an outlet of the mixing chamber of the jet pump. The propelling nozzle and the diffuser are disposed such that they can be moved relative to one another in the pump housing. An adjusting mechanism is provided for adjusting the distance between the propelling nozzle and the diffuser as a function of the temperature of the gas mixture flowing out of the mixing chamber through the outlet.

A solar panel oriented to receive radiant energy from the sun is used to heat a fluid. When the combustion air blower of the hot water or steam boiler is on, heat from the heated circulating fluid in the preheat exchanger is transferred to combustion air going through the preheat exchanger to the combustion air blower of the boiler and to the boiler.

    摘要: A burner assembly combines air and fuel to produce a burn firing into a downstream tube. The assembly includes a funnel formed to include an inlet, an outlet, and an air and fuel mixing region therebetween. The funnel also includes a cylindrical intake end at the inlet and a conical side wall mating with the cylindrical intake end and converging from the cylindrical intake end toward the outlet to fire a burn initiated in the mixing region into a tube coupled to the outlet of the funnel. The assembly also includes a system for supplying a gaseous fuel to the mixing region in the funnel and a system for introducing combustion air into the mixing region through the inlet of the funnel. The combustion air mixes with the gaseous fuel in the mixing region to produce a combustible mixture. The combustible mixture in the funnel is ignited to fire a burn into the downstream tube, which tube is coupled to the outlet end of the funnel and extended into the interior solution-containing region of an adjacent solution tank, so that combustion begins, progresses, and transitions gradually into the downstream tube.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for extracting heat from a combustible material are disclosed which include the formation of a solid material strip of the combustible material, the formation of a series of spaced holes in the material strip, and the combustion of the material strip. The method and apparatus are particularly useful when a mixture of coal, clay, and lime is used as the combustible material, and the products of the combustion then include a structurally intact, solid residual strip composed substantially only of dehydrated clay and calcium sulfate, and a fluegas substantially free of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, and micro fly-ash. Because of the stable and uniform combustion characteristic, it is also suitable for the co-combustion and reduction of most toxic and solid wastes into safe, recyclable residues.

    摘要: A method of controlling combustion in a furnace of a boiler or the like having a burner for a main combustion and a burner for a reducing combustion in order to effect combustion for furnace denitrification. The method comprises the steps of: estimating the NO.sub.x generation amount from data on a flame formed by the main combustion; estimating the reducing agent generation amount from data on a flame formed by the reducing combustion; and controlling the flow rates of fuel and air supplied for the main and reducing combustions so that the amount of NO.sub.x emission as the difference between the NO.sub.x generation amount and the reducing agent generation amount is below a specified value. In practice, each of the NO.sub.x generation amount and the reducing agent generation amount is estimated from the flame pattern, the flame volume, the distance between the outlet of the burner concerned and the root of the flame concerned, etc., thereby to distributively control the flow rates of fuel and air supplied to each of the main combustion burner and the reducing combustion burner so that the amount of NO.sub.x emission is below a specified value.
