    摘要: Devices and methods for accelerating the combustion of non-gas cooking fuels used in barbequing. The devices include a starting fuel for preparing, or starting, a cooking fuel, such as charcoal briquettes, for use to cook food. The starting fuel is contained in a kindling chamber beneath an upper chamber containing the cooking fuel. A powered air delivery mechanism may provide an airflow to the fuels to increase combustion and heating thereof. In some embodiments, the device is a breach-loading device. In some embodiments, the air delivery mechanism is battery-powered. The device may be configured to provide, and/or may be automated to provide, different operating states responsive to the degree of ignition and/or combustion of the fuels in the device. In some embodiments, the device is adapted to automatically be transitioned between forced-air and natural-draft operating states, which may be controlled responsive to sensed operating parameters of the device.

    摘要: A plasma oil-free ignition system in oxygen enriched environment comprises a plasma generator and a burner. The plasma oil-free ignition system comprises a sleeve group coaxially arranged with the burner, and the sleeve group comprises multiple coaxially sleeved sleeves. Annular spaces are formed between adjacent sleeves and between the sleeves and the burner. Oxygen ducts are arranged on the sleeves, and oxygen ducts are arranged on the burner. Plasmas jetted by the plasma generators form a local high temperature zone filled with high temperature plasma and pulverized coal air flow. A certain amount of oxygen is fed to the burner through the oxygen duct therein to form local oxygen enriched zones in the annular spaces and the subsequent adjacent spaces through which air flows, thus realizing oxygen enriched combustion of volatile matters or coke or mixture thereof, and combustion the pulverized coal air flow more intensely to release more heat so as to ignite the primary air pulverized coal air flow quickly and burn the pulverized coal air flow stably. The invention has simple structure, is applicable to different coal types, especially applicable to the plasma oil-free ignition system in oxygen enriched environment of coal types with low volatile matters.

    摘要: An igniter element for igniting solid fuel particles in a retort furnace is disclosed. The igniter element is a substantially planar shaped element that is in direct contact with the fuel to be ignited. A configuration of various sections is formed into the planar igniter element in order to facilitate the conversion of electrical energy into thermal energy. The igniter element uses a control system to reliably facilitate the ignition of all solid fuels including difficult to start fuels, such as anthracite coal. The service life of the heat igniter is extended by its planar shape in contact with the surface of the retort and its ability to dissipate the thermal energy produced within the retort region.

The firestarting element protective cap can be magnetically attached to the base of the invention for storage during operation of the firestarting element. Battery supplied electrons are directed through a component cylinder that works in conjunction with other elements of the invention to form a high current, cylindrical, multi-contact, low friction, auto-isolation switching mechanism. The flashlight firestarter also includes safety and reference channels that are used as both visual and tactile references during operation and are also used to house an onboard safety clip that prevents operation of the flashlight firestarter during storage or transport.
