摘要： A biomass-derived protein compound has a high concentration of protein and can be made to have a very low concentration of fat and water; even when the biomass feedstock has a high fat concentration. The biomass-derived protein compound may be a whole protein that is non-denatured and enzymatically digestible. This unique protein compound can be produced from molecules from more than one source organism, including various animals and/or plant feedstocks. The unique protein compound is derived from a unique biomass method and apparatus for the treatment of a biomass stream to extract and separate an essentially solvent-free product from the biomass stream. In this unique method the solids content of the biomass stream is increased by bringing the biomass stream into contact with a moderately pressurized liquefied gas solvent, to create a high solids content biomass stream and introducing the high solids content biomass stream to an extraction apparatus.

摘要： An electrostatic spray drying system includes an electrostatic spray nozzle having a spray tip assembly arranged to discharge a supply of fluid into a drying chamber. The electrostatic spray nozzle is responsive to a duty cycle signal that determines periods at which the electrostatic spray nozzle is open to inject the fluid. A controller is programmed to activate a pulse width modulation (PWM) mode of operation for the electrostatic spray assembly, initiate a first timer, provide a first duty cycle signal to the electrostatic spray nozzle at a first PWM activation frequency while the first timer has not reached a first pulse duration, initiate a second timer when the first timer has reached the first pulse duration, and provide a second duty cycle signal to the electrostatic spray nozzle at a second PWM activation frequency while the second timer has not reached a second pulse duration.

摘要： An air-drying device for sludge comprises at least one air-drying mechanism, a dosing mechanism, and a dehumidifying and heating mechanism. There two air-drying mechanisms. The dosing mechanism connects with the beginning end of the first air-drying mechanism (5) whose terminal end communicates with the beginning end of the second air-drying mechanism (8), with a discharge port (21) is arranged above the communicating position. The terminal end of the second air-drying mechanism communicates with the beginning end of the first air-drying mechanism to form a loop configuration. The device has high efficiency and low energy consumption. The detention time of the sludge in the drying device is adjustable so that the water content of the discharging material is adjustable.

摘要： A dryer is provided. The dryer may include an expansion valve that may be varied in response to changes in operation mode. The dryer may be a condensation type heat pump dryer, and, in an operation method thereof, the expansion valve may be varied according to an on/off of a solenoid valve corresponding to a selected operation mode. In a first operation mode the heater may be turned on so that heating is supplied by both the heat pump and the heater to provide for rapid drying. In a second operation mode the heater may be turned off to provide for more economical operation. By employing multiple operation modes, a required refrigerant flow rate may be controlled.

The water level sensing device includes a floating unit movable in accordance with a variation in the level of the condensed water. The water level sensing device also includes an electrode sensor to detect the level of the condensed water when electrically connected with the conductor of the floating unit.
