    摘要: A numerical control device that controls, in a machine tool, driving of a motor based on a machining program is provided. The numerical control device includes a position-command generating unit configured to generate a position command to the motor and a mark-command generating unit configured to generate a mark command for machining of a mark indicating that an abnormality occurs in the machining. The mark-command generating unit sequentially stores information concerning a moving route of the tool by the machining and generates, when an alarm is raised because the abnormality is detected, as the mark command, a moving command for moving the tool in a direction opposite to a direction during the machining while correcting a position of the tool in a tool axis direction with respect to a position during the machining, and the position-command generating unit generates the position command based on the mark command.

    摘要: In a numerical control system including a numerical controller and a plurality of I/O units, a serial communication signal monitoring circuit is included inside the I/O unit to monitor a serial communication signal (data and an idle signal). When a state is detected in which a serial communication signal is high or low for a predetermined time or longer, the numerical control system acknowledges the state as disconnection of the serial communication signal, and generates a reset pulse signal to reset an internal register of the I/O unit. With this configuration, when the power supply of the numerical controller is turned off/on, it is unnecessary to turn off/on the power supply of the I/O unit.

    摘要: A programmable controller for closed-loop positioning control has a main processor unit, and an I/O interface rack in which a master I/O positioning module and three satellite I/O modules are mounted and connected to servomechanisms to control motion along three axes of a controlled machine. Move data is transmitted from the main processor unit to the master I/O positioning module in data blocks, with the number of transmissions varying, depending upon a mode of axis coupling that is used in controlling the particular machine. The master I/O positioning module converts move data from a user program format to a binary format and transfers it to the satellite I/O modules, each of which performs closed-loop positioning control of a respective axis of motion. The processor on each satellite I/O module also determines a position prior to the end of each move to apply a user-programmed deceleration when needed to blend moves having different velocities.
