摘要: Provided is a method for building an image reading model based on a capsule endoscope, a device and a medium. The method includes: driving the capsule endoscope to move within a working area, sequentially recording the position coordinates and field of view orientations of the capsule endoscope when it reaches each positioning point at a predetermined first frequency, and driving the capsule endoscope to sequentially capture images at a predetermined second frequency and record the images; constructing a 3D model corresponding to the outer contour of the working area based on the recorded position coordinates of the capsule endoscope at each positioning point; and mapping the recorded images onto the 3D model to create an image reading model. By mapping the obtained images onto a 3D model of the working area, to enhance the visualization effect of the examination, facilitate observation, save image reading time, and increase the detection efficiency.

摘要: Provided is a control method for a system for determining a lesion obtained via real-time image. The control method comprises: an endoscope device obtaining a stomach endoscopy image; the endoscope device transmitting the obtained stomach endoscopy image to a server; the server determining a lesion included in the stomach endoscopy image, by inputting the stomach endoscopy image into a first artificial intelligence model; when it is determined that a lesion is detected in the stomach endoscopy image, the server obtaining an image including the lesion and transmitting the image to a database of the server; the server determining the type of the lesion included in the image, by inputting the image into a second artificial intelligence model; and when it is determined that a lesion is detected in the stomach endoscopy image, a display device displaying a UI for guiding the location of the lesion in the stomach endoscopy image.

The surgical hub comprises a control circuit configured to generate a first image of a surgical site from a real-time imaging source, receive a second image of the surgical site from a non-real-time image source, align the first image and the second image, generate a representation of the surgical site based on the first image and the second image as aligned, display the representation on a display screen, receive a first user selection to overlay hidden structures on the representation, receive a second user selection to manipulate the representation, and adjust the representation based on the second user selection.

摘要: A surgical visualization system is disclosed that comprises a control circuit configured to receive pre-operative imaging data associated with an organ, receive first intraoperative imaging data indicative of a structured light pattern on a surface of the organ, generate a three-dimensional digital representation of the organ based on the pre-operative imaging data and the first intraoperative imaging data, display the three-dimensional digital representation of the organ on a display screen, receive second intraoperative imaging data indicative of a plurality of spectral light waves penetrating the organ, intraoperatively identify a structure below the surface of the organ based on the second intraoperative imaging data, generate a three-dimensional digital representation of the structure below the surface of the organ, and overlay the three-dimensional digital representation of the structure with the three-dimensional digital representation of the organ on the display screen.

摘要: A laparoscopic image smoke removal method based on a generative adversarial network, and belongs to the technical field of computer vision. The method includes: processing a laparoscopic image sample to be processed using a smoke mask segmentation network to acquire a smoke mask image; inputting the laparoscopic image sample to be processed and the smoke mask image into a smoke removal network, and extracting features of the laparoscopic image sample to be processed using a multi-level smoke feature extractor to acquire a light smoke feature vector and a heavy smoke feature vector; and acquiring, according to the light smoke feature vector, the heavy smoke feature vector and the smoke mask image, a smoke-free laparoscopic image by filtering out smoke information and maintaining a laparoscopic image by using a mask shielding effect. The method has the technical effects of robustness and ability of being embedded into a laparoscopic device for use.

The automatic identification method comprises the following steps: determining a suspected gastrointestinal marker region in an image; removing an overlapping suspected gastrointestinal marker region; and determining whether the suspected gastrointestinal marker region is part of the gastrointestinal marker. In the method, by means of processing and analyzing an image, positions of a gastrointestinal marker in the image can be automatically detected.

摘要: According to one aspect, a processor device in communication with an endoscopic device obtains a spectrum image of bleeding in an upper gastrointestinal (GI) area of a patient. A filter is applied to the spectrum image to generate a pre-enhanced image. The filter enhances the spectrum image at one or more light wavelengths in the light spectrum. The pre-enhanced image is analyzed to identify an area of interest that represents a portion of the upper GI area with an active bleed. A contrast enhancement technique is applied to the area of interest in the pre-enhanced image to generate an enhanced contrast image. Spatial filters are applied to the enhanced contrast image to produce a final colorized image with defined blood vessels in the upper GI area of the patient.
