    摘要: An assembly includes a premise security device, a mounting bracket, a first electrical cable, and a second electrical cable. The first electrical cable has a first electrical cable first end, connected to the premise security device controller, and a first electrical cable second end. The second electrical cable has a second electrical cable first end, electrically connected to the premise security device controller, and a second electrical cable second end. When the premise security device housing is coupled to the second mounting bracket portion, the second electrical cable second end is electrically connected to the first electrical cable second end to form an electrical circuit between the premise security device controller and the electrically connected electrical cable second ends. The premise security device controller is configured to monitor the presence of the electrical circuit and generate a tamper signal when the electrical circuit is no longer present.

    摘要: Tamper-respondent assemblies and methods of fabrication are provided which include a multi-layer stack having multiple discrete component layers stacked and electrically connected together via a plurality of electrical contacts in between the component layers. Further, the tamper-respondent assembly includes a tamper-respondent electronic circuit structure embedded within the multi-layer stack. The tamper-respondent electronic circuit structure includes at least one tamper-respondent sensor embedded, at least in part, within at least one component layer of the multiple discrete component layers of the multi-layer stack. The tamper-respondent electronic circuit structure defines a secure volume within the multi-layer stack. For instance, the tamper-respondent electronic circuit structure may be fully embedded within the multi-layer stack, with monitor circuitry of the tamper-respondent electronic circuit structure residing within the secure volume within the multi-layer stack.

    摘要: A data collection and processing apparatus with anti-theft function, a system using the apparatus and a data collection and processing method thereof are provided. The method includes the steps of: collecting relevant information regarding at least one targeted object, wherein the relevant information includes status information, operational information, environmental information of the targeted object, and user information of an owner or user of the targeted object; and performing an alarm when detecting that the targeted object is not under a normal status. The data collection and processing apparatus includes a transducer module, a master control module and an alarm and data processing module, which may form a local network connection or a distributed data processing network. In addition to performing anti-theft function, the present invention is capable of collecting various relevant information of the protected object. Therefore, the present invention is particularly useful in public establishments, such as retailers, exhibitions, hotels and banks, for merchants or owners to assess the use of their displayed merchandises or service facilities.

A method includes directly measuring the current flowing through a hard wired zone loop of a burglary control unit in order to overcome sensitivities associated with electromagnetic noise. A method includes detecting compromise attempts by calculating a correlation of two signals, the zone loop current and the reference current, and by calculating the autocorrelation of the zone loop current with itself at different points in time.
