摘要： A musical instrument adapted for use with a turntable. Said apparatus uses a rotary pulse generator to create musical tones when in contact with the rotating platter of the turntable. Said apparatus mounts to the turntable in such a way that a rotary pulse generator rotates when in contact with the rotating turntable platter. As the radius at which the rotary pulse generator contacts the turntable platter is increased the frequency of the tone produced increases proportionally, likewise when the radius at which the rotary pulse generator contacts the turntable platter is decreased the frequency of the tone produced decreases proportionally allowing a range of pitches to be sounded.

摘要： A pick-up arm guiding mechanism for an automatic record player having a command disc with pin-guiding concentric grooves for a sensor pin which is connected to the pick-up arm, each groove corresponding to a specific record size, the pin being directed into the desired groove by a mechanical catching means. During the rotation of the command disc in a changing cycle the pin engages a diversion groove which directs the pin toward the disc center, and the pin is forced out of the groove when the inward movement is blocked by a stop disposed such that the pin engages with the selected pin-guiding groove.

The offset angle of the pickup arm is photoelectrically detected to produce a corresponding offset angle signal for driving a motor to move the pickup arm. Completion of the reproduction of sound from a disc causes a groove end detection signal which operates an electromagnetic lifter causing upward swinging of the pickup arm and a quick return of the pickup arm to an arm rest position.

摘要： A pickup device for a disc player includes a pickup arm pivotally mounted at one end thereof for movement between upper and lower positions. The pickup arm is horizontally movable about the one end thereof. A drive device is responsive to a driving signal from a control circuit to drive an arm lifter for moving the pickup arm between its upper and lower positions. A brake device is also responsive to the driving signal for holding the pickup arm against the horizontal angular movement during its vertical movement.

摘要： Mechanism for an automatic record player or record changer for combined adjustment of the turntable speed and the lowering position of the pick-up arm, the lowering position of the pick-up arm being established by engagement with a lever step of a two-armed pivotable shift lever, which step has been selected by a record diameter sensing means. The free end of a single arm dead-center lever engages the shift lever at one of two possible speed settings. During pivoting of the shift lever to bring a lever step for a different dropping diameter (17 cm) into the path of the pick-up arm, the free end is pivoted beyond dead center by said lever and is swung against the switch by an over-center spring to change the speed.
