    摘要: A low-voltage power switch with a relative auxiliary switch which is actuated as a signalling switch only when the generally multi-pole low-voltage power switch is triggered. The problem to be solved is that of controlling relative auxiliary switches simply and independently of the switch latch. To this end, the switch latch is designed in such a way that the included angle of the moveable contacts or the switching sprindle (18) is greater in the "triggered" than in the "off" state. A radial extension (60) is arranged on the switching spindle (18) in such a way that, in the "triggered" state, it engages a fixed pivoted lever (68) which itself is effectively connected to the prestressed actuating pushrod (66) of the relative auxiliary switch (56).

    摘要: A circuit breaker and a method of forming a current limiting circuit breaker are described. The circuit breaker includes a carrier assembly to supply current to a circuit through a fixed contact in a first operative state, a movable contact in physical contact with the fixed contact of the circuit, and a contact arm coupled to the movable contact, the contact arm including a pivot point. The contact arm moves about the pivot point responsive to a force transferred as a result of a fault condition in the circuit and the movable contact breaks the physical contact with the fixed contact of the circuit to put the circuit breaker in a second operative state. The circuit breaker also includes a mechanism to move the carrier assembly to put the circuit breaker in a third operative state responsive to a signal indicative of the fault condition.

    摘要: A circuit breaker having a larger separation distance between a stationary contact 4 and a movable contact 6 in the automatic mode than in the manual mode. The pivot shaft 24 of a crank 13 is placed in a higher position than in a conventional circuit breaker, to thereby enable the arm 7 carrying the movable contact 6 to rotate through a greater angle. A stop plate 26 is provided to prevent the flex angle .theta. formed between a first link 11 and a second link 12 of a toggle mechanism 10 from becoming too small when the contacts are opened, which enables easy manual closure with the normal stroke of a switch handle 16 and avoids the need for a stronger spring 17.

    摘要: A fast closing mechanism includes a rotation shaft and an ejector pin. The ejector pin is rotatably assembled to the side plate by the rotation shaft. The ejector pin strides over the side plate. The ejector pin includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is connected to a handle via a rod, and the second portion is located above a press plate. The fast closing mechanism may have an additional ejector pin based on current structures, the press plate may press against a moving contact at an initial stage of a closing process, so that the moving contact will not move during the initial stage of the closing process. The mechanical energy generated during the closing process is stored in an energy storage spring. At a later stage of the closing process, the ejector pin releases the press plate to accomplish closing quickly.
