摘要: Devices, systems, and methods related to a transparent conductive film are disclosed. In one aspect, a method of forming a transparent conductive member (e.g., a transparent conductive film) includes extruding a metallic nanoparticle composition from a capillary tube onto a temporary substrate to form an extrudate. The extrudate can include metallic nanoparticle lines. The method further includes sintering the extrudate and the temporary substrate, dispensing a photocurable polymer onto the temporary substrate, and laminating a second substrate to the photocurable polymer. The photocurable polymer and the extrudate are interposed between the temporary substrate and the second substrate. The method further includes curing the photocurable polymer to form a transparent polymer layer and separating the temporary substrate from the transparent layer to form the transparent conductive member. The transparent conductive member includes the transparent polymer layer and the extrudate embedded in the transparent polymer layer.

The pressure-sensitive conductive sheet includes a stretchable fabric, having a plurality of fibers, and a conductive material positioned on a plurality of adjoining fibers of the stretchable fabric. The system further includes a 3-dimensional structure positioned under the pressure-sensitive conductive sheet. The 3-dimensional structure includes one or more depressions onto which the stretchable fabric can be stretched and the conductive material is positioned over the one or more depressions.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a transparent electrode with a low surface roughness, in particular a method for preparing a large-area, low-cost and patterned transparent electrode using the screen-printing technology, which focuses on solving the problem of a high roughness of a screen-printed pattern. First, a substrate is coated with a layer of a smooth conductive material, then screen printing is performed to obtain a conductive pattern, and finally, a layer of a surfactant-modified composite conductive material is applied and film transfer printing is performed to obtain a transparent electrode with a low surface roughness. The transparent electrode prepared by the method retains a smooth surface of the original substrate after peeling, which has a remarkably low surface roughness and a significantly increased success rate of film transfer printing, and can be directly applied to various photoelectric devices, such as solar batteries, LEDs, flat panel displays and electronic sensors.

摘要: Provided is a conductive material that is capable of achieving a high-electric conductivity, long-term stability under an atmospheric environment, heat and humidity stabilities, as well as a conductive film and a solar cell using the same. The conductive material includes a mixture of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSS acid). The element ratio (S/C ratio) of sulfur (S) to carbon (C) in the mixture may be from 0.001 to 0.1 in terms of the number of atoms. CNTs and PSS acid may make up a content percentage of 10 wt % or more in the mixture. These conductive films comprised of the conductive material 6 may have a weight per unit area of the CNTs in the range from 1 mg/m2 to 10000 mg/m2. The solar cell may include the conductive film 7, wherein the film is on the surface of a semiconductor.

Various edge deletion and isolation scribes are performed, for example, to ensure the optical device has appropriate isolation from any edge defects. Methods described herein apply to any thin-film device having one or more material layers sandwiched between two thin film electrical conductor layers. The described methods create novel optical device configurations.

A conductive laminate (1) includes a first transparent material layer (3), a metal layer (4) mainly composed of silver, and a second transparent material layer (5) laminated on at least one surface of a transparent substrate (2) in this order from the side of the transparent substrate (2), wherein the first transparent material layer (3) is composed of a zinc-free metal oxide, the second transparent material layer (5) is composed of a zinc-containing metal oxide, and the metal layer (4) has a thickness of 7 nm or more.
