In some embodiments, a heat pipe extends along a gusset frame between portions of the base engagement face and the enclosure engagement face. The heat pipe is angularly shaped in various embodiments and is thermally coupled with the base engagement face and the enclosure engagement face. In some embodiments, the heat pipe is coupled within a heat pipe channel that extends along a length of the gusset.

    摘要: An arrangement system composed of a plurality of electrical/electronic components particularly of a voltage converter device of a power supply system for use in oil/natural gas production composed of at least one support member that is provided on at least one side with a surrounded accommodating recess, a circuit carrier which is arranged in the accommodating recess and electrically connected to the components, and a holding member fixing the circuit carrier and/or the components in the accommodating recess. An insulating material is arranged at least in part between the circuit carrier and/or components and the support member. Such an arrangement system permits an adequate electrical insulation of the corresponding components and optionally also of the circuit carrier in relation to the support member together with an adequately high heat conduction. At the same time an arrangement system for components is provided that is mechanically stable and permits a good electrical insulation of the components with heat transfer to the outside with respect to the arrangement system.

The support may be a cage-like structure that comprises axial ribs to which the microelectronic assembly is attached. The microelectronic assembly is arranged with a major surface facing and spaced apart from the inner wall of the housing. Thus, the microelectronic assembly is proximate to the wall to provide an optimum volume for packaging other components. Movement, the spacing between the microelectronic assembly and the tubular housing facilitates coolant gas flow during use to enhance thermal dissipation.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a ruggedized enclosure for housing and protecting electronics circuits. The enclosure utilizes a top compartment for housing the circuit and a cooling assembly rigidly coupled to the top compartment. The cooling assembly utilizes a passive radiator to form a rigid truss plate structure. The truss plate structure rigidifies the enclosure helping to protect the enclosure and circuit from destructive shock events and destructive vibration events. The cooling assembly further provides an efficient heat exchange for removing heat from the electronic circuit. A method for protecting an electronic circuit utilizing a rigid truss plate structure is also provided.
