摘要: A medical valve having a valve inside housing and a valve core. The valve core is installed within the housing. The housing is preferably an integrally-formed hollow cylindrical structure. An annular protrusion may be arranged on the outer surface of the housing and a seal ring may be arranged in the center of the inner wall of the housing. The valve core can be made of an elastic material as an integrally-formed cylindrical structure. A lock ring matched with the seal ring of the housing may be arranged on the outer surface of the valve core, and the lock ring can be integrally formed with the valve core. The medical valve inside disclosed by the invention is widely applied to the medical fields such as cushion mask, trachea cannula and laryngeal mask, No metal member is preferably employed, so with magnetic resonance imaging examination without causing interference.

摘要: A valve system that includes (i) first and second longitudinally facing members defining a gap therebetween in fluid communication with transversely offset first and second orifices through the members, (ii) a primary biasing means longitudinally biasing the members away from one another, (iii) an elastic element positioned within the gap between the first and second orifices, and (iv) a repositioning means for longitudinally repositioning one of the members towards the other member against the bias of the primary biasing means for adjusting the longitudinal height of the gap. The members can be repositioned between (a) a first position wherein the elastic element does not seal the gap so as to allow fluid flow from the first orifice to the second orifice through the gap, and (b) a second position wherein the elastic element is compressed between the members and seals the gap so as to prevent fluid flow from the first orifice to the second orifice through the gap.

摘要: A variable device for regulating the outlet pressure of a fluid from a valve body, includes a pressure-sensing chamber having a wall formed by a resilient self-restoring diaphragm which is responsive to pressure in the chamber. A valve element connected to the diaphragm controls flow into the chamber. Increased pressure in the chamber decreases the flow into the chamber and decreasing pressure increases flow whereby fluid flow out from the chamber is maintained at a desired pressure. The outlet pressure is adjusted by deflecting the diaphragm in a direction to open the valve while permitting a section of the diaphragm connected to the valve member to remain responsive to the pressure in the chamber. An adjustment cover is provided to adjustably deflect the diaphragm and includes a catch mechanism to allow adjustment of the fluid outlet pressures and also retain the device at a desired value. An indicator arrangement may be provided to visually indicate the fluid outlet pressure.

摘要: A check valve includes a valve body having an inlet end through which air enters the valve and a valve cavity extending through the valve body and leading to an outlet end. A valve assembly is located at a position that enables control of the flow of air through the valve cavity. The valve assembly includes a tapered section having a cross section that increases in diameter in a direction that is downstream from the inlet end of the valve and which may be included as part of a plug. An elastomeric seal is mounted around the tapered section to reciprocate on the tapered section, with the tapered section biasing the elastomeric seal to a normal position at which the seal comes into sealing contact with both the valve body and tapered section to prevent the downstream flow of air from the inlet end out the outlet end.

摘要: A spigot for a beverage container includes a body having a passage with first and second ends formed therethrough. An annular shoulder extends into the passage proximate the first end thereof and an annular valve seat is formed proximate the second end. An elastomeric plunger positioned in the passage includes a button with a sealing flange seated against the annular shoulder and a valve head biased against the valve seat. The body further includes a plurality of fins extending radially into the passage, each fin has a first end adjacent the annular shoulder such that the first ends contact the sealing flange as the button is depressed. The fins act to inhibit the sealing flange from coming unseated from the shoulder.

摘要: A canister purge valve for regulating fuel vapor flow between a fuel vapor collection canister and an intake manifold of an internal combustion engine. The canister purge valve includes a body defining a passage extending between a first port and a second port. The first port is adapted for fuel vapor communication with the fuel vapor collection canister. The second port is adapted for fuel vapor communication with the intake manifold of the internal combustion engine. A seat is disposed in the passage. The seat defines an aperture having a sealing surface disposed about a central axis. An elastomeric actuator extends through the aperture, and is deformable between a first configuration that engages the sealing surface to prohibit fuel vapor flow through the aperture, and a second configuration spaced from the sealing surface to permit fuel vapor flow through the aperture.

摘要: A system for flowing fuel vapor through a canister purge valve includes a valve body having a wall that defines a passage between a first port and a second port. The system includes an elastomeric member having a first end, a second end, and an active zone between the first end and the second end. The active zone forms a flow entry portion, a sealing portion, and a flow exit portion. The elastomeric member is deformable between a first configuration that prohibits flow over the sealing portion, and a second configuration that permits flow over the sealing portion. The system includes a stator proximate the passage, an electromagnetic coil surrounding the passage, and an armature coupled to the elastomeric member.

摘要: A check valve arrangement utilizes a disc (15) for a valve member while eliminating the need for a ball. A valve seat in the common sense is unnecessary, too. Instead, a substantially flat surface (13) interacts with the disc (15). In order to allow unidirectional flow only, the disc (15) is biased toward the surface (13) by means of an elastic bias ring (17) which itself is held in place by a retainer (6) extending through the center hole (16) of the disc (15) and thereby axially guiding the disc (15). If desired, the flat surface (13) can be supplemented with an embedded sealing ring 18 to provide optimum sealing properties without precise machining of the surface (13). By designing the disc (15) and the retainer (6) in rotational symmetry, a directional adjustment of the parts is made unnecessary.
