    摘要: A sheet for use in a heat exchange apparatus. The sheet includes a first vertical rib that extends in a first direction generally parallel to the vertical axis of the heat exchange apparatus, wherein said first vertical rib protrudes in a second direction out of the plane. The sheet also includes a second vertical rib that extends in the first direction along the sheet, substantially all the way between the first and second edges of the sheet generally parallel to the first vertical rib. The second vertical rib also protrudes in the second direction out of the plane. The sheet further includes a first horizontal rib that extends in a third direction along the sheet substantially all the way between the third and fourth edges of the sheet, wherein the first horizontal rib protrudes in a fourth direction opposite said second direction. The sheet additionally includes a second horizontal rib that extends in the third direction along the sheet substantially all the way between the third and fourth edges of the sheet generally parallel to the first horizontal rib. The second horizontal rib protrudes in a fourth direction opposite the second direction, into the plane and intersects said second vertical rib.

    摘要: A heat exchanger core includes a stack of fins, plates and closure bars. A first plurality of stiff fibers extend into contacting surfaces of the fins and plates, a second plurality of stiff fibers extend into contacting surfaces of the closure bars and plates, and a third plurality of stiff fibers extend into contacting surfaces of the closure bars and manifolds. The stiff fibers can strengthen the heat exchanger assembly and they can also increase thermal conductivity in their direction of orientation.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a plate heat exchanger comprising heat exchange plates clamped between a frame plate and a pressure plate, the frame plate and the pressure plate having ports with linings for intake and outflow of media to be heat exchanged and the heat exchange plates having ports in alignment with corresponding ports in the frame plate and the pressure plate round which ports of the heat exchange plates ring gasket grooves extend. According to the invention the one of the frame plate or the pressure plate (1) facing the rear side of the ring gasket groove (4) of the heat exchange plates is provided with linings (2; 14; 22; 23) which do not require machining of the plate (1) at the area of the ports and that the sealing between the lining (2; 14; 22; 23) and a heat exchange plate (3) is brought about by means of a ring gasket (10; 21) engaging the ring gasket groove of the heat exchange plate (3) positioned closest to the frame plate or the pressure plate (1).

Seals define fluid circulation circuits for conducting coolant fluid and heat transfer fluid therethrough, the circuits emerging at the top and the bottom of the device, heat being exchanged between the circuits through the plates. An electrical heating resistance element is interposed between the circuits for precise thermoregulation of the heat transfer fluid.
