    摘要: A flow control device is disclosed. The flow control device comprises a pressure reducing valve. The pressure reducing valve comprises a valve body having at least an inlet port on a high side and an outlet port on a low side and having walls defining a regulating chamber, the outlet port in fluid communication with the regulating chamber. A diaphragm assembly is provided having a diaphragm and a stem for engaging the diaphragm. The stem has a base and a connecting arm. The diaphragm engages the main valve at a perimeter thereof so as to partially enclose the regulating chamber. A valve controlled opening cooperating with the connecting arm of the stem is located between the inlet port and the regulating chamber. The valve controlled opening is adapted to adjustably restrict flow of gas between the inlet port and the regulating chamber responsive to movement of the connecting arm.

    摘要: A pressure reducing valve includes a opening/closing valve between primary and secondary pressure chambers, a diaphragm body, a valve hole through which the secondary pressure chamber is communicatively connected with the atmosphere, a relief valve which opens/closes the valve hole, and a linkage member which links the opening/closing valve with the relief valve so as to open/close in association with each other. The linkage member includes a valve guide having a valve passage through which the primary and secondary pressure chambers are communicatively connected, and a pintle inserted into a pintle hole and guided thereby. The opening/closing valve and the relief valve are provided on lower and upper ends of the pintle, respectively. The valve hole has a common axis with those of the valve passage and the pintle hole. One and the other of the valve guide and the pintle are made of resin and metal.

A non-deformed portion of the partly-deformed circular cross section guides the connecting rod along the communicating hole, while the deformed portion serves as an air passage via which the communicating conduit and the pilot pressure chamber are communicatively connected.

    摘要: Apparatus for protecting a fluid sensor against excess fluid pressure that includes a manifold having an internal fluid passage and a fluid inlet for connecting the passage to a fluid system. A piston is disposed within the passage adjacent to one end of the passage, and a rod extends from the piston through the passage. A valve is coupled to the rod at a position spaced from the piston, and is cooperable with the passage for selectively terminating fluid flow through the passage. A fluid sensor may be mounted on the manifold for communicating with fluid in the passage at an end thereof adjacent to the valve and remote from the piston. A spring resiliently engages the piston and urges the piston, rod and valve toward the end of the passage to open the valve. Fluid pressure at the inlet sufficient to overcome forces applied to the piston by the spring functions to close the valve and thereby to isolate the sensor from the fluid inlet.
