摘要: This invention discloses method for feeding Hermetia illucens and used as for preparing composite material of puparium, which comprises the following steps: S1, dry Hermetia illucens pupariums and grind them into powdery, S2, adding powdery of Hermetia illucens pupariums into sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirring, separating and filtering, S3, adding the pupariums into hydrochloric acid solution, stirring, separating and filtering; S4, placing the pupariums into sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirring, separating and filtering; S5, drying the pupariums, and screening out the granular pretreated powder of the Hermetia illucens pupariums. The invention also disclose preparation method of composite material and thin film of Hermetia illucens pupariums and antibacterial and antimildew additive. The method can effectively improve the yield of chitosan in Hermetia illucens pupariums, and the prepared pupariums powder can be used for preparing polymer composite fibers and thin films of the Hermetia illucens pupariums, thus, the antibacterial effect is greatly improved. A new antibacterial and antimycotic additive can be obtained by compounding the powder of Hermetia illucens pupariums with the powder of oyster shell.

摘要: Methods and compositions are described for producing a phytase in transgenic maize plants and then incorporating parts of the transgenic maize plants in animal feed. The feed phytase enzyme displays activity across a broad pH range, and tolerance to temperatures that are often encountered during the process of preparing animal feeds. Methods of producing an animal feed that incorporate the transgenic maize plants, parts thereof or plant derived phytases, as well as methods of promoting the release of inorganic phosphate from a phytic acid in an animal, producing an animal meat, or reducing the ratio of intake of an animal feed per weight of the animal meat by feeding an animal with the animal feed incorporating transgenic maize plants are provided.

摘要: Methods of manufacturing products from material comprising oilcake, compositions produced from materials comprising processed oilcake, and systems for processing oilcake are provided herein. A product is produced by a method comprising de-solubilizing protein in a first material comprising oilcake to produce a processed material comprising an insoluble protein fraction by extruding the first material in a pressure range of 10 bar to 80 bar. The processed material is hydrolyzed to produce a mixture comprising the insoluble protein fraction and a hydrolyzed fraction. The insoluble protein fraction is separated from the hydrolyzed fraction. The insoluble protein fraction is processed into the product by extruding the insoluble protein fraction in a pressure range of 10 bar to 80 bar.
