摘要: The present disclosure relates to the isolation, identification and characterization of novel sporeforming probiotic strain(s) with NSPase (Non-Starch Polysaccharides-active hydrolases) activity isolated from fish gut microbiota, methods and uses thereof. The sporeforming probiotic strain(s) with NSPase activity now disclosed are able of producing carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes) that hydrolyse non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) and accesses their potential as probiotics (PRO) for use in particular in aquafeeds.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a recirculating aquaculture system comprising a) a wastewater treatment system and b) a polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) production system. In particular, poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) can be utilized as the PHA in such a system. Methods of treating wastewater for reuse by contacting the wastewater with one or more zeolites to remove material from the wastewater and reusing the treated wastewater are also provided as well as methods of producing a PHA such as PHB from organic waste. Moreover, food compositions comprising a PHA biomass as well as associated methods are also provided.

摘要: A composition for use in a method for the treatment of an amino acid deficiency to a non-mammalian monogastric animal, such as a poultry animal, a fish or a crustacean is described, wherein said composition comprises (i) a mixture of active components comprising or, alternatively, consisting of at least one amino acid or an analogue, (ii) a lipid matrix embedding said (i) mixture of active components and, optionally, (iii) at least one acceptable pharmaceutical or food grade additive and/or excipient. 摘要: The invention relates to a polypeptide for the hydrolytic cleavage of zearalenone and/or at least one zearalenone derivative, said polypeptide being a hydrolase having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1-15 or a functional variant thereof, wherein the sequence of the functional variant is at least 40% identical to at least one of the amino acid sequences. The invention also relates to: an additive containing the polypeptide; an isolated polynucleotide that encodes the polypeptide; and a method for the hydrolytic cleavage of zearalenone and/or of at least one zearalenone derivative using the polypeptide.
