    摘要: A composite member in which WC-based cemented carbide members are bonded to each other via a bonding layer formed by solid phase diffusion bonding of a bonding member made of a Ti foil. The bonding layer is constituted by first layers adjacent to the WC-based cemented carbide members and made of a TiC phase and a metal W phase in which an average area ratio of the TiC phase is 40 to 60%. The bonding layer also includes second layers adjacent to the first layers and made of a TiCo phase and a metal Ti phase in which an average area ratio of the TiCo phase is 50 to 95%, and a residual Ti layer.

The first female thread portion (34) is a portion between a top of a female thread crest (37) of the female thread portion (33) and a portion of the female thread portion (35) that is on the female thread crest (37) side of a female thread root (36) and on the female thread root side of a portion corresponding to an effective diameter of the female thread portion (33). The first female thread portion (34) is made from a second metal material that is different from the first metal material. The second female thread portion (35) is continuous with the inner circumference (40) of the cylindrical portion (32). The second female thread portion is a remaining portion of the female thread portion excluding the first female thread portion. The second female thread portion (35) is made from the first metal material.

    摘要: The present invention provides a cutting tool which comprises a cutting tool insert with a tip portion of cBN material having a cutting edge formed therein and a base portion forming a sintered composition with the tip portion, and a body portion coupling the cutting tool insert with a shank of the cutting tool, wherein the cutting tool insert has a rake face and a first flank face defining the cutting edge. The rake face has a negative rake angle relative to an axis parallel to a centre axis of the body portion. A second flank face defining a further edge with the first flank face is formed such that the cutting edge and the further edge do not have a common vertex. The second flank face is tilted with respect to an axis parallel to a centre axis of the body portion by an angle greater than 0°.
