摘要: A meshing-type rubber internal mixer and a working method thereof are provided. The meshing rubber internal mixer includes a frame mechanism, a mixing mechanism, and an unloading mechanism. The mixing mechanism is on the upper side of the unloading mechanism. The mixing mechanism and the unloading mechanism are in the frame mechanism. An internal mixing chamber is of a closed structure through first automatic telescopic plates and second automatic telescopic plates. The gap between a first meshing-type rotor and a second meshing-type rotor is small, a material is compressed to enter the space between the first meshing-type rotor and the second meshing-type rotor to be extruded with an internal mixing chamber wall. The material is flaky in the internal mixing chamber, so that the material produces great strain deformation, thereby achieving excellent dispersing and mixing effects.

摘要: A dispensing machine for dispensing fluid products comprising a dispensing zone (15) in which elongated support means (12) are disposed, configured to support a plurality of removable containing units (11) of the fluid products in a stationary manner along a longitudinal axis (X) is disclosed. The dispensing zone (15) further includes translation means (20) configured to allow moving a receptacle (18) positioned on a metering unit and disposed on the translation means (20) substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (X) to delivery positions substantially vertically below said containing units (11) and measurement means (16) configured to meter a quantity of fluid product that is delivered from a containing unit (11) to the receptacle (18) in a delivery position corresponding to the respective containing unit. Also disclosed is the use of such dispensing machine for preparing customized formulations of fluid products as well as a method for preparing user-defined target formulation from a plurality of dispensable fluid products.

The bioproduction mixing system includes an offset helical assembly having a stabilizer and impeller for mixing a fluid within a flexible compartment The bioproduction mixing system is designed for efficient mixing of the fluid and for use with a variety of different impellers that can be located at different locations according to the volume and shape characteristics of the flexible compartment. The bioproduction mixing system is optimized to eliminate stagnation zones while maximizing bulk fluid flow.

摘要: A method for mixing a fluid includes: dispensing a first volume of a fluid into a flexible container, the flexible container being at least partially disposed within the chamber of a support housing; repeatedly moving the support housing and the flexible container contained therein so as to mix the first volume of fluid within the flexible container; adding further fluid into the flexible container after moving the support housing to form a second volume of fluid; and manipulating a mixing element within the flexible container so as to mix the second volume of fluid.

摘要: A mixing bowl tilting assembly includes a support frame that can be positioned on a support surface. A pair of uprights is each pivotally coupled to the support frame. Each of the uprights is positionable in a deployed position having each of the uprights being vertically oriented on the support frame. A pair of ratchets is each of the ratchets is integrated into a respective one of the uprights. A mixing bowl is provided and the mixing bowl can pour contents of the mixing bowl when the mixing bowl is tipped. A pair of arms is each pivotally coupled to the bowl and each of the arms engages a respective one of the ratchets. Each of the ratchets rotates when the mixing bowl is tipped to pour the ingredients without requiring a user to support the mixing bowl.

摘要: An assembly for insertion into a holder of a mixer, comprising: a dispenser having an exterior surface of which at least a band is symmetric about a longitudinal axis of the dispenser; and an adapter for surrounding at least the band of the exterior surface of the dispenser. The adapter comprises a closeable shell, the shell being configured to lock the dispenser in at least a region of the band so as to impede rotational slippage of the dispenser relative to the adapter about the longitudinal axis with the shell being closed. If the assembly is then locked to/engaged with the holder of a planetary mixer, this causes the assembly to undergo superimposed revolution and rotation movements in tandem with those of the holder, resulting in a desired level of mixing being imparted to the dispenser's contents, which may improve homogeneity and predictability of the mixing results.

摘要: A method of installing a flexible bioprocess container in a bioprocessing system having a rigid housing with an interior compartment and extending between a top and an opposing base. The method includes coupling a first surface of the flexible bioprocess container to a moveable platform positioned within the interior compartment of the rigid housing; coupling a second surface of the flexible bioprocess container to the base of the rigid housing; and moving the movable platform relative to the rigid housing and toward the top of the rigid housing so as to at least partially expand the flexible bioprocess container within the interior compartment of the rigid housing.
