    Abstract: A rotatable drum system includes a frame and a drum rotationally supported thereon. Paddles in an interior of the drum are angularly offset from the longitudinal axis. An eccentric opening offset from the longitudinal axis forms the egress. Mixed solid waste agitated by the paddles while in the drum. Trunnions may support the drum. An actuator may be pivotable with an upper frame relative to a lower frame and the actuator can cause drum rotation irrespective of a position of the upper frame relative to the lower frame. A trunnion assembly with a rocker pivotally coupled to a base thereof via a first axle, enables the rocker to be pivotable relative to the base about the first axle. A second axle may be rotationally coupled to the rocker. A roller may be rotationally coupled to the rocker via the second axle, and configured to support a rotating load.

    Abstract: A mixing bowl tilting assembly includes a support frame that can be positioned on a support surface. A pair of uprights is each pivotally coupled to the support frame. Each of the uprights is positionable in a deployed position having each of the uprights being vertically oriented on the support frame. A pair of ratchets is each of the ratchets is integrated into a respective one of the uprights. A mixing bowl is provided and the mixing bowl can pour contents of the mixing bowl when the mixing bowl is tipped. A pair of arms is each pivotally coupled to the bowl and each of the arms engages a respective one of the ratchets. Each of the ratchets rotates when the mixing bowl is tipped to pour the ingredients without requiring a user to support the mixing bowl.

    Abstract: A meshing-type rubber internal mixer and a working method thereof are provided. The meshing rubber internal mixer includes a frame mechanism, a mixing mechanism, and an unloading mechanism. The mixing mechanism is on the upper side of the unloading mechanism. The mixing mechanism and the unloading mechanism are in the frame mechanism. An internal mixing chamber is of a closed structure through first automatic telescopic plates and second automatic telescopic plates. The gap between a first meshing-type rotor and a second meshing-type rotor is small, a material is compressed to enter the space between the first meshing-type rotor and the second meshing-type rotor to be extruded with an internal mixing chamber wall. The material is flaky in the internal mixing chamber, so that the material produces great strain deformation, thereby achieving excellent dispersing and mixing effects.
