摘要: A process of making an aromatization catalyst comprising: (a) mixing a zeolite, a binder, and water to form a mixture; (b) extruding the mixture to form a green extrudate; (c) drying the green extrudate to form a dried green extrudate; (d) calcining the dried green extrudate to form a support, wherein calcining the dried green extrudate is the only calcination step in the process; (e) washing the support to form a washed support; (f) drying the washed support to form a dried washed support; (g) impregnating the dried washed support with a Group 8-10 transition metal compound and at least one halide-containing compound to form a metalized-halided material; and (h) vacuum drying the metalized-halided material to form a dried metalized-halided material which is the aromatization catalyst.

摘要: The present application provides a method for preparing lanthanide fluoride two-dimensional porous nanosheets and belongs to the field of novel materials. In the present application, mixing a water-soluble lanthanide metal salt and an aqueous solution of sodium acetate in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a mixed solution, and adding an aqueous solution of fluorine-containing salt to the mixed solution obtained for precipitation reaction to produce lanthanide fluoride two-dimensional porous nanosheets. In the preparation process provided by the present application, no additional surfactant or template agent needs to be added, the pollution of the surfactant to the surface of the prepared material is avoided and the tedious after-treatment steps to template agent are reduced. Accordingly, the large-scale production can be realized, and the lanthanide fluoride two-dimensional porous nanosheets constructed by nanoparticles are prepared in large scale by one step. Moreover, no other organic solvents are required, and the pollution to the environment during the preparation process is avoided.

摘要: Disclosed in the present invention are a chromium-free gas phase fluorination catalyst and an application thereof. The precursor of the related chromium-free gas phase fluorination catalyst consists of a compound containing iron element, a compound containing rare earth metal element and a compound containing element A, wherein element A is one selected from Ca, Al, Mg and Ti, the precursor is subjected to roasting and fluorination treating to obtain the chromium-free gas phase fluorination catalyst. The precursor of the catalyst is roasted at 400-500° C. and fluoridized with hydrogen fluoride at 350-450° C. to obtain the chromium-free gas phase fluorination catalyst. The catalyst has characteristics of being chromium-free and environment-friendly, good catalytic activity and long life etc. The catalyst can be used for preparing hydrofluoroolefins or hydrochlorofluoroolefins from halohydrocarbons.
