Abstract: The present application discloses a micro electrostatic purification device for resisting high humidity, including an ionization module, a micro electrostatic filter and a power supply module, the two ends of the insulating dielectric material in the cartridge carbon electrode length direction are installed inward respectively into the first electrode strip and the second electrode strip, and finally closed with a sealant, and the connection of the individual wire is sealed by filling sealant, to achieve the complete closure of the cartridge. The connection between the power module and the electrode strip, and the connection between the electrode contact piece and the external power supply are all completely sealed through the setting of the structure. And a current limitation protection circuit is provided to monitor the working current in real time and carry out current limitation protection when the instantaneous change of the working current exceeds the threshold.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for cleaning pollution control equipment, such as particulate removal devices, including wet electrostatic precipitators (WESP). The WESP may include a housing, at least one gas inlet in fluid communication with the housing, a gas outlet spaced from the at least one gas inlet and in fluid communication with the housing, one or more ionizing electrodes in the housing adapted to be connected to a high voltage source, and one or more collection electrodes in the housing. The housing may be in fluid communication with a flushing fluid source, such as a water source. The effective length of the collection electrodes is increased with extensions which add significant surface area to the collection electrodes while minimizing the corresponding height increase.

Abstract: A device for cleaning of indoor air comprising capacitor precipitators, each consisting of two electrode elements or two groups of electrode elements connected to the respective pole of a high voltage source, air transported fans, at least one corona electrode and at least one counter electrode. The corona electrode and the counter electrode are each connected to the respective pole of a high voltage source. The device includes two air flow ducts for the air to be cleaned, which air flow ducts are placed along an axial reference line (AA) at a distance (d) from each other in the direction of the axial reference line (AA). Each air flow duct is associated with a capacitor precipitator and an air moving fan. At least one corona electrode is provided in the space between the air flow ducts. At least one counter electrode is located adjacent to the air flow ducts circumference. The air flow direction through the one air flow duct is diametrically opposite the air flow direction through the second air flow duct, and the air to be cleaned is passed into the space between the air flow ducts.

Abstract: A precipitation tube and a precipitation tube bundle for a wet electrostatic precipitator, in particular for separating dusts, gases, and/or aerosols from exhaust gases are disclosed. The precipitation tube is designed as a modular tube system. It has at least two wall parts which each form a periphery segment of an inner periphery of the precipitation tube and are connected to each other so as to form at least part of the inner circumference of the precipitation tube. The modular tube system may include at least two wall parts, which each form a length segment of the precipitation tube and are connected to each other so as to form at least part of the length of the precipitation tube. The precipitation tube bundle is modular and includes a supporting structure on which a plurality of precipitation tubes are detachably held by connecting elements.

Abstract: The electric dust collector includes a dust collection unit for collecting electrified dust particles and a dust collection unit case for receiving the dust collection unit. The dust collection unit includes a plurality of films for generating an electric field and a fixing part for fixing the films in the dust collection unit case. Each of the films is formed in the shape of a band that is longer in the longitudinal direction than in the lateral direction, and the films are arranged so as to face each other such that gaps are formed between the respective films. The fixing part includes a gap maintenance part disposed on at least one side of a group of films in the lateral direction for maintaining the gaps. The gap maintenance part includes a plurality of vertical bars to be inserted into the gaps from the one side of the group of films.

Abstract: The invention relates to a precipitation tube (1; 1″) and to a precipitation tube bundle (100; 100′) for a wet electrostatic precipitator, in particular for separating dusts, gases, and/or aerosols from exhaust gases. The precipitation tube (1; 1″) is distinguished in that the precipitation tube is designed as a modular tube system, comprising at least two wall parts (2, 3), which each form a periphery segment (4, 5) of the inner periphery (6) of the precipitation tube (1; 1″) and are connected to each other so as to form at least part of the inner circumference (6) of the precipitation tube (1; 1″), and/or comprising at least two wall parts, which each form a length segment of the precipitation tube and are connected to each other so as to form at least part of the length of the precipitation tube. The precipitation tube bundle (100; 100′) is distinguished in that the precipitation tube bundle is designed as a modular tube bundle system and, for this purpose, has a plurality of precipitation tubes (1; 1′; 1″; 50) and a supporting structure (110; 110′; 110″) combining the precipitation tubes (1; 1′; 1″; 50) as a bundle, on which supporting structure the precipitation tubes (1; 1′; 1″; 50) are detachably held by means of connecting elements (200). The invention further relates to a method for producing a precipitation tube bundle (100; 100′).
