    摘要: A label printer and a label printing method for precise positioning thereof are provided. The label printer includes an outer shell and a label cartridge arranged inside the outer shell, a power mechanism and a control mechanism configured to control paper output of the label cartridge and winding and unwinding of a carbon ribbon, and a print head configured to realize label printing. An inner space of the label cartridge is reasonably planed, and a linear label paper output channel and a label rollback release space are arranged, thereby ensuring smoothness of paper feeding and paper rollback, and preventing label paper from wrinkling in a rollback process. A gear transmission system is improved to realize forward and reverse rotation of gears relying on the same electric motor. A photoelectric sensor with its own reflecting prism is arranged to reduce an occupied space of the label cartridge.

    摘要: A roll paper comprises a continuous thermal recording paper and a cylindrical core. Line-shaped rear edge marks are formed at intervals of a peripheral length of the core on the thermal recording paper wound close to the core, by a step of the rear edge. An end hole, indicating the thermal recording paper is running out, is formed on the second rear edge mark from the rear edge of the thermal recording paper. End hole marks by the end hole are formed at intervals of the peripheral length of the core. Then end hole marks overlap the rear edge marks. By detecting the end hole, positions of the rear edge marks and the end hole marks are identified based on the peripheral length of the core, and printing of image frames are performed avoiding disposal areas including the rear edge marks and the end hole marks.

    摘要: An imaging system comprising a source of light movable with respect to a writing element and projectable thereon to generate an image, a focusing system is provided for focusing a light source which generates a first beam of light of a wavelength selected to be actinic with respect to the writing element. At least a portion of the first beam of light is absorbed by the writing element. The apparatus comprises a material supply to automatically supply donor sheets and receiver sheets independently to a writing platen or drum, and to selectively load and unload the donor sheets from superposition with the receiver sheet without disturbing the registration of the receiver sheet. The material transport is arranged to selectively contact the donor and the receiver materials so that there is no cross-contamination.

    摘要: An image recording apparatus for recording on a recording sheet an image corresponding to an information signal which apparatus comprises a first housing having a recording sheet holding device for holding the recording sheet, a conveyor for conveying the recording sheet, and a holding member for holding the recording sheet conveyed by the conveyer. A means is provided for maintaining the loaded state of the ink sheet cassette against the gravity of the ink sheet cassette even when the second housing is opened from the first housing and for restraining the ink sheet cassette on the loading portion in its removably mountable state, and a recording head is provided for effecting a recording operation in response to the information signal, the ink sheet cassette being mounted or dismounted with respect to the second housing when the second housing is opened from the first housing.

    摘要: A web in the form of a thermal transfer carbon ribbon has a lead tape adhered to the leading end of the web, that is to the outermost end portion of the web wound upon a core. The lead tape includes a base and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer backing the base. The lead tape is adhered to the surface of the outermost circumference of the carbon ribbon and the end of the lead tape tape is coextensive with the end of the carbon ribbon, which strengthens the then leading end of the carbon ribbon. In forming this carbon ribbon and lead tape combination, the carbon ribbon is let off from a thickly rolled raw ribbon and is taken up on a core. The lead tape is applied to the running surface of the carbon ribbon on the raw roll at the location immediately before the carbon ribbon has been fully taken up on the core. Then the carbon ribbon is cut at the trailing end of the lead tape when the carbon ribbon has been substantially fully taken up to make the ends of the carbon ribbon and of the lead tape coextensive.
