    摘要: The invention relates to a suspension system of a vehicle axle, comprising:—a leaf spring (11);—a rear attachment device which is configured to be secured to a vehicle frame (2) and which receives a rear end portion (14) of the leaf spring (11) so as to allow said leaf spring rear end portion to slide longitudinally relative to the rear attachment device; wherein:—the rear attachment device (24) comprises a fastener (26) extending substantially transversally and a pad (28) secured on the rear attachment device above the fastener;—the leaf spring rear end portion (14) is substantially flat and has an upper face (15) in contact with the pad (28) and a lower face (16);—and the suspension system further comprises a retaining member (30) which is a piece separate from the leaf spring (11). The retaining member (30) is secured to and under the leaf spring rear end portion (14) by a fixing element (50) located rearward of the pad (28), the retaining member (30) including a front wall (33) arranged forward of the fastener (26), and configured to abut against the fastener (26) in order to prevent a rearward movement of the leaf spring (11) relative to the rear attachment device (24) above a predetermined limit.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a leaf spring bearing for a vehicle with a transverse leaf spring. The leaf spring bearing comprises an upper bearing block and a lower bearing block. Each bearing block is formed at least partially of elastic material and comprises an upper support surface and a lower support surface between which a portion of the transverse leaf spring can be interposed. At least one of the upper and lower bearing blocks has a bearing core and an insert positioned in the elastic material between the upper and lower support surfaces so as to define three layers of the elastic material within the at least one bearing block. At least one of the upper and lower bearing blocks has two support plates arranged either outside the elastic material or at least partially surrounded by the elastic material in the area of the upper and lower support surfaces of the bearing block. In one exemplary embodiment, the support plates have closing contours arranged at their respective end regions which can be brought at least partially into engagement with each other to couple the two bearing blocks to one another.

Each of the receiving pieces includes an elastic member and a first metal plate joined on the elastic member. The elastic member can deform to follow a displacement of a relative position between the leaf spring and one of the wheel supporting members.

    摘要: A separator pad is loosely positioned between a leaf spring end and a top wall of a mounting slot in a vehicle spring hanger. The separator pad is preferably slid between the spring end and the slot top wall when the load on the leaf spring is relaxed or removed. The separator pad is positioned relative to the spring hanger while the load is relaxed to allow for limited subsequent longitudinal movement of the pad when the load is reapplied and the vehicle is in use. The separator pad includes stop members thereon at opposite ends thereof respectively to engage the spring hanger or the spring end and limit further longitudinal pad movement in that direction before the pad falls out.

The leaf spring is constrained to bend about a transverse axis by a fixed elastic support having a concave, arcuate bottom surface whose center coincides with the transverse axis. The elastic support engages the top surface of the leaf spring at two points on opposite sides of the transverse axis, and is opposed by a central elastic element.
