    摘要: A vehicle heat transfer module including a conduit for air circulation, an evaporator in the conduit between the cabin air input and cabin air output, and a heater having vehicle engine coolant circulated therethrough, the heater being in a first path between the evaporator and the cabin air output. A first door selectively opens or closes the fresh air input and fresh air output, and a second door blocks a selected amount of cabin air from the first path. A controller controls the first and second doors responsive to heating and cooling requirements. Cabin and fresh air is selectively circulated over the heater and evaporator responsive to detected requirements, including selectively either (a) circulating cabin air from the cabin air input over the evaporator and out the cabin air output, and circulating fresh air from the fresh air input over the heater and out the fresh air output, or (b) blocking the fresh air input and fresh air output and passing cabin air from the cabin air input over one or both of the evaporator and the heater and out the cabin air output.

The inlet subassembly includes a fresh air inlet and a fresh air door movable to control fresh airflow through the fresh air inlet. The inlet subassembly further includes a recirculation air inlet and a partition defining a first airflow channel and a second airflow channel extending from the recirculation air inlet. A recirculation air door is adjacent to the recirculation air inlet and is movable to a closed position restricting recirculated airflow into both the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel, an open position permitting recirculated airflow into both the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel, and a two-layer position in which the recirculation air door restricts recirculated airflow into the first airflow channel and permits recirculated airflow into the second airflow channel.

    摘要: A system that supplements the cooling of the power train of the vehicle and maintains the vehicle's cabin temperature. The system includes an processor, a blower, a heater core, and an evaporator. The blower blows air over the heater core so as to make the heater core in essence an auxiliary radiator. The system further includes a first proportioning valve and a second proportioning valve. The proportioning valves are operable by the processor to control the flow of the dissipated heat between the vehicle cabin and a designated location. Specifically, the first proportioning valve is disposed upstream the heater core and is moveable between an open position and a closed position. The second proportioning valve is disposed downstream the heater core and directs airflow from the heater core between the vehicle cabin and the environment.

    摘要: A vehicle heat management system includes a refrigerant circuit, a battery temperature regulation circuit, and an electric part cooling circuit. The refrigerant circuit circulates a refrigerant to regulate a temperature inside a passenger compartment through the refrigerant circuit. The battery temperature regulation circuit regulates a temperature of a battery by introducing a liquid that exchanges heat with the refrigerant to the battery. The electric part cooling circuit circulates a liquid cooled by a radiator circulates through the electric part cooling circuit, and is capable of cooling a first and second pieces for driving a vehicle. In a first mode, the liquid cooled by the radiator cools the first piece of equipment, the refrigerant of the refrigerant circuit cools the second piece of equipment, and the liquid which has exchanged heat with the refrigerant is introduced in parallel to the battery and the second piece of equipment.

A part of the refrigerant passage from the condenser to the compressor in the air-cooling refrigerant circuit is branched into a first passage passing through the evaporator and a second passage passing through the heat exchanger being in parallel to the evaporator. The on-off valve is disposed upstream of the heat exchanger in the second passage.
