摘要: A method for producing packagings (12a; 12b), in particular cartons, in which in at least one method step packaging parts (32a; 32b), in particular carton parts, are conveyed by a transport device (14a; 14b) having a planar drive. The packaging parts (32a; 32b) are in each case moved via at least one platform (30a; 30b) of the transport device (14a; 14b) which is movable by the planar drive, and are processed during a movement that is induced by the platform (30a; 30b). At least one processing step for producing a packaging (12a; 12b) from a packaging part (32a; 32b) is realized at least partly by a force generated by the at least one movable platform (30a; 30b).

摘要: A method of forming a tray includes obtaining a blank, positioning the blank in a blank feeder assembly of a system for forming a tray, moving the blank from the blank feeder assembly to a nipping assembly, and moving the blank to a tray forming assembly, the tray forming assembly including a tray forming apparatus. The method further includes positioning the blank between a first tray forming portion of the tray forming apparatus and a second tray forming portion of the tray forming apparatus, the first tray forming portion includes a forming block that defines an interior, and the second tray forming portion includes a tray forming member, and driving the forming block into engagement with the blank and the tray forming member such that the blank and the tray forming member are at least partially received in the interior of the forming block to form a tray.

Furthermore, the device (10) has a folding module (14) for folding the at least one blank (16) into a folding box. The invention further relates to a method for producing a folding box.

摘要: Provided is a corrugated paperboard sheet printing device which includes a conveyance device for conveying a corrugated paperboard sheet fed out from a sheet feeding device, while suckingly holding the sheet; a plurality of printing units for printing the sheet through a series of printing processes; an information generator for generating basis weight information indicative of a basis weight of a corrugated paperboard sheet in each order; a storage device for storing therein a plurality of correction information for correcting a plurality of printing timings at each of which a respective one of the plurality of printing units performs the printing process on the sheet, in association with the basis weight information; and a controller for, based on the correction information, correcting the printing timing in each of the printing units, and causing the printing unit to operate according to the corrected printing timing.

The method includes the steps of forming rounded edge seals on the perimeter edges of the blank, pre-sealing portions of the blank—including providing air vents to allow trapped air to escape during the pre-sealing process—to form a plurality of areas in which major and minor flap slots and a glue tab are desired, ultrasonically scoring the blank to form a plurality of flap score lines, and cutting the blank through the plurality of pre-sealed flap slots and glue tab, leaving a sealed edge.

The third processing section (3000) forms a third processing line (aslant line, curve line) on the sheet, by relatively moving the sheet (4200) and the tool (3110, 3120).
