The step of providing a marking on the region of the enclosure includes irradiating the wrapped package with a laser beam, and the first wrapping material is substantially transparent to the laser beam, at least in the region to be marked. An apparatus for marking a package of articles, such as a pack of cigarettes, is also described.

A food processing facility according to this invention reduces the likelihood that food pathogens will be able to enter the food processing facility, or spread should they be able to enter. The food processing facility is divided into a plurality of area, with different areas having different allowed actions that can be taken on the food product, different rules and/or procedures for persons who are allowed entry, and/or different levels of cleanliness. The food processing facility includes a plurality of separate rooms for processing the food product, each including separate food processing machines, air handling systems, drain systems and/or often-used supplies and tools. Different air pressures within different areas limit the possible movement of airborne food pathogens. Sanitizing stations are placed between various ones of the different areas.

The consolidation tooling contains all necessary part features and is coordinated to the customized multiple ply stacks to form a single integrated thermoplastic composite laminate potentially having areas of differing thickness from these multiple ply stacks.

摘要： A sterilizable biopharmaceutical packaging includes an opening for inserting biopharmaceutical contents to be sterilized, the opening being separate from a sterilization gas conveyance channel so that the opening can be closed independently and before closing the sterilization gas conveyance channel. The opening is directly adjacent to an inner space for receiving the biopharmaceutical contents so that the contents to be sterilized are inserted directly into the inner space from outside the packaging. The elements for controlling the distribution of the sterilization gas open/close the sterilization gas conveyance channel independently of the opening or closing of the insertion opening. After sterilization, the outer wall, the sterilization gas conveyance channel, and the opening/closing element are capable of remaining rigidly connected therebetween so as to form a sterilized biopharmaceutical packaging that contains the sterilized biopharmaceutical contents and can be subjected to one or more integrity tests at any desired time after the sterilization.

A controller controls supply of two superimposed film layers to the bag forming station, bag forming, and ice supply to the bags. A bag is partially formed from the superimposed film layers by a sealing device at the bag forming station, and ice is transported from the ice collector into the partially formed bag. The remaining open portions of the bag are sealed when sufficient ice has been supplied to the bag, which is then separated from the film supply for discharge into a storage and freezer compartment. The preceding steps are repeated until the storage and freezer compartment is filled to a predetermined level with bags of ice.

摘要： An inflation device for inflating containers with non-rigid walls such as bags, which includes a body having a venturi shaped air channel. First and second air inlets lead into the air channel, with an outlet being adapted to allow air to exit from the air channel for inflating a container when joined to the outlet.
