    摘要: A method and a device are provided for replacing individual idler rollers for conveyors, with which a web belt can be lifted and worn-out or damaged idler rollers in upper and lower runs can be individually replaced. The device includes, separately for replacing the idler rollers in the upper run and in the lower run, a subframe (1) for lifting the web belt (7) and for holding the web belt (7), such that a sufficient clearance is formed for replacing worn-out idler rollers (53) by means of a changing frame (2). A service vehicle is equipped with a lifting apparatus for moving dividing devices. The process steps include lifting the web belt (7), removing the old idler roller (53old), inserting the new idler roller (53new) and lowering the web belt (7). The drawing shows the use of two dividing devices in the replacing of idler rollers in the upper run.

The rail system according to the invention comprises at least one running rail (2), a multi-part track holder (1) and a holding element (14) which is arranged with a first region (A) in a running rail support (13) of the track holder (1) and is arranged with a second region (B) in the running rail (2) when the running rail (2) and the running rail support (13) are connected to one another in the longitudinal direction, wherein the second region (B) of the holding element (14) is arranged in a passage opening (21) of the running rail (2) or projects through it. The running gear (3) according to the invention has at least one two-roller system as a guide and drive system, and at least one chassis which receives and connects both roller systems, has connection options for sensor system carriers and/or the energy control module. The guide system is formed such that it surrounds the geometry of the track in such a way that it limits the kinematic degrees of freedom to one and, if necessary, omits the holding of the track. Thus, only one movement (forward/back) along the track is provided. The drive system is designed to move the chassis and all connected systems relative to the track.

    摘要: A track displaceable service vehicle replaces individual worn or damaged idlers with new idlers in the upper run and lower run of a belt conveyor with rising or falling conveying route, in which there is little space for the use of the service vehicle for replacing the idlers. The service vehicle accommodates a magazine for new and worn idlers and auxiliary devices for lifting the belt and removing old and for installing new idlers. A platform carries service personnel, and can be brought into a horizontal position in case of an inclined travel route of the service vehicle. The replacing of worn or defective idlers takes place in certain cycles in which the entire segment of the belt conveyor is removed and all worn and defective idlers are replaced. The service vehicle has a drive and is suitable for long tunnel sections (conveying routes which extend over several kilometers).
