Abstract:
The invention employs a folding arm conveyor that rotates horizontally. The folding arm conveyor is mainly composed of an undercarriage mounted on the ground of a stockyard, a tower body mounted on the undercarriage, a balance arm, a conveying arm, a tower top, and other main components, wherein the balance arm, the conveying arm, and the tower top are mounted on the tower body. The conveying arm is provided with two portal frames (I) and (II) and an unloading trolley. The tower body is provided with a gyration apparatus and a hopper. The balance arm is provided with a balance trolley. The folding arm conveyor can rotate horizontally, and the conveying arm can be folded and retraced by controlling the wind rope by the windlass, so that the folding arm conveyor can be prevented from colliding with other devices or buildings during the rotation.
Abstract:
A straddle-type multimodal transportation interworking system at least comprises: a rail system (30), a cargo vehicle (140), a transfer apparatus (32) and a processor. The cargo vehicle (140) can be movably provided on a rail beam (170) of the rail system. The transfer apparatus (32) is used for transferring a goods loading device (33) from a transportation tool to the cargo vehicle (140) and loading the same onto the cargo vehicle or unloading the goods loading device (33) from the cargo vehicle (140) and conveying the same onto the transportation tool. The processor is connected to the cargo vehicle and the transfer apparatus.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a device for separating imbricated flat products, in particular, folding boxes, with a delivery belt on which the products are supported in the form of an imbricated flow and are transported at a transport speed, with a transfer conveyor belt, disposed downstream of the delivery belt, which has a higher transport speed than the delivery belt. The transfer conveyor belt is designed as vacuum belt, or comprises a vacuum belt, and a retaining device is provided for the trailing flat products.
Abstract:
An apparatus for continuously unloading bulk material from a bulk container has a carriage displaceable longitudinally adjacent the bulk container and an outrigger having an inner end pivotable about longitudinal and vertical axes on the carriage and an outer end. A conveyor extends between the ends of the outrigger. An arm has an upper end pivoted about a horizontal axis on the outer outrigger end and a lower end engageable in the container and contains a bucket conveyor. A pair of augers of opposite hand are mounted on the lower arm end and rotate to draw in the bulk material and pass it to the bucket conveyor.
Abstract:
The interface between a vessel loading crane and a container handling yard has been discovered to be the ideal location for the maintenance of a work bank of containers in conveyance along a one-way, reversible conveyance path. The conveyance path communicates to a vessel loading crane at one end of the path and apparatus for distributing and classifying the containers in the yard at the other end, this apparatus being preferably a bridge crane. Accordingly, a conveyor comprising an overlying support and an underlying shuttle car is disclosed. A shuttle car commutes reversibly along a shuttle car railway under containers supported on the overlying support. The shuttle car is operable to selectively raise containers above the support and move containers on the support reversibly and serially between work stations at either end of the conveyor. The work stations at either end of the conveyor are separated by a container storage interval to permit the supported stowage of one or more serially conveyed containers between the work stations. Circuit logic is disclosed which actuates the shuttle car to serially convey containers in the desired direction of container flow between the work stations.
Abstract:
A loading apparatus comprising a fixed frame, a forwardly and backwardly moving frame mounted on said frame for forward and backward movements in reciprocating motion, an upwardly and downwardly moving frame mounted on said forwardly and backwardly moving frame for upward and downward movements in reciprocating motion, and a plurality of forks provided on said upwardly and downwardly moving frame for operation as said frames are actuated.
Abstract:
A handling apparatus for transferring loose solid material between a ship, a railroad truck or the like and a stocking area and conversely comprising a beam shiftable vertically or obliquely between two uprights so as to span a wet dock or other operative area. The beam carries longitudinally a conveyor feeding a bucket or two buckets operating alternatingly and moving along a vertical path without any lateral shifting, this being allowed by a tiltable part such as a sloping plane which is brought out of a vertical inoperative position into registry with the bucket in its upper position so as to dump the material dropping out of the bucket into a hopper feeding further conveyors.
Abstract:
A crane for transferring a semitrailer, cargo container, or other piggyback load from the road to a rail car, and vice versa, is equipped with parallel horizontal tracks and a load suspension system which is shiftable bodily back and forth on the tracks between the road side and the rail side of the crane. T load suspension system comprises a pair of back and forth movable carriages on the tracts, a load supporting truss between the carriages, and lift arms pivoted on the opposite ends of the truss and bearing at their free ends upon the carriages.
