摘要： Disclosed is a yarn tensioning system for keeping at least one yarn, which is taken from a yarn storage system to a yarn take-off system of a weaving machine, under tension. The system includes a brake roller around which the yarn is at least partially wound, and a motor for supplying a torque to the brake roller, the motor being actuable in generator operation to keep the yarn under tension between the brake roller and the yarn take-off system. Also disclosed is a weaving machine including such a yarn tensioning system, as well as a method for keeping at least one yarn under tension, the at least one yarn being taken from a yarn storage system to a yarn take-off system.

摘要： A multiple flexible lance hose take-up drum apparatus or device in accordance with the present disclosure includes a base having three or more support legs and a hollow take-up drum assembly rotatably supported from the base. The drum assembly includes a hollow cylindrical shell, a bottom plate fastened to the shell, a high pressure fluid supply connection and a manifold positioned radially along a bottom plate of the shell for connection to one end of each of a plurality of flexible lance hoses. The base includes an L shaped support arm extending from the bases alongside the shell. A plurality of guide tubes are supported by the support arm and aligned over a rim of the shell for guiding flexible lance hoses into and out of the take-up drum assembly.

The feeding device includes a support for a coil, a feeding mechanism for decoiling the optical fiber from the coil and recoiling the optical fiber, at least one motor for driving the feeding mechanism, and a load for the optical fiber which avoids a spring back effect of the optical fiber from the coil. Blockage is avoided when decoiling and recoiling the optical fiber from the coil.

摘要： A soldering wire dispensing apparatus is provided and comprises a support frame with a motor is mounted therein. A motor axle extends from the motor and rotates upon activation of the motor. A dispenser spool is mounted within the support frame with a predetermined amount of solder wire. A dispensing axle extends from the dispenser spool. A connecting belt links the motor axle to the dispensing axle to rotate the dispensing axle with rotation of the motor axle. A flexible wire nozzle is positioned in and extends from the support frame. An adjustment housing is mounted to the support frame. An upright bar is slidably mounted within the adjustment housing. A lever is connected to the upright bar and extends through the adjustment housing. A connecting wire extends between the second end of the wire nozzle and the upright bar. Upon moving the lever downward, the connecting wire nozzle bends nozzle to a predetermined angle relative to the adjustment housing.

The payout tube assembly includes a payout tube. The assembly also includes a generally planar payout panel affixed to the payout tube. The payout panel defines a central opening through which one end of the payout tube is received. In one embodiment, the payout panel defines a first set of arcuate slits and a second set of arcuate slits extending about the axis of the payout tube, the first and second sets of arcuate slits spaced radially and circumferentially from each other. In one embodiment, the payout panel defines radial slits extending from the central opening and defining payout panel fingers that are glued to the payout tube.

摘要： A locking ring is described that permits removal of filamentary material housed in a walled container through a payout tube defining a payout tube axis and through which a first end of the filamentary material extends. The ring includes an annular flange around a ring axis and a body having a tubular wall extending from an inner edge of the annular flange to a distal edge of the ring. The tubular wall is coaxial with the ring axis, and has a plurality of teeth circumferentially spaced around the tubular wall and extend from the tubular wall radially outwardly and toward the annular flange. Each tooth resiliently deflects radially inwardly in response to interference between the tooth and an inner wall of the payout tube. The curved edges form a thread permitting the ring to advance axially into and secure with the payout tube.
