摘要: A foldable rail-mounted crane stop device includes an actuating device, a slidably fixing device and a braking device. The actuating device is mounted on a crane rail for bearing the pressure of a crane wheel and thereby actuating the braking device, the slidably fixing device is mounted at an end of the crane rail, and the braking device is connected with the slidably fixing device for braking the crane wheel. The device provided by the present invention is used for crane braking at the end of a rail.

摘要: Provided is an overhead travelling crane assembly including an overhead rail and a hoist unit realized to travel along the rail, characterized by a parking lock mounted to the hoist unit, which parking lock includes a brake assembly which, in its default position, prevents movement of the hoist unit along the overhead rail; and a release means realized to release the brake assembly to allow movement of the hoist unit along the overhead rail. Also provided is a method of operating such an overhead travelling crane assembly; and a wind turbine including such an overhead travelling crane assembly in the nacelle.

摘要: A lift unit docking system includes a docking rail, a docking rail adapter, and a locking mechanism. The docking rail is configured to provide ingress and egress of a lift unit to and from an overhead rail, and includes a body defining a channel and an adapter receiving opening within the body. The docking rail adapter is repositionable relative to the adapter receiving opening of the docking rail and is configured to transport the lift unit into and out of the channel of the docking rail. The locking mechanism is repositionable between a locked position and an unlocked position, wherein the locking mechanism extends into the channel to block movement of a mounted lift unit toward the adapter receiving opening of the docking rail when in the locked position.

摘要: The shoe derailment device for use in derailing a conductor shoe assembly of a bridge crane from a conductor rail assembly generally has a wedge head provided at a longitudinal end of a body made of an electrically insulating material, the shoe derailment device being securable to the conductor rail assembly in a derailment position in which the shoe derailment device is positioned outside an operating zone of the bridge crane, with the wedge head facing the operating zone in a manner that if the conductor shoe assembly is moved outside the operating zone, into the area occupied by the shoe derailment device, the conductor shoe assembly is derailed from the conductor rail assembly as the conductor shoe assembly engages the wedge head and is maintained in a derailed state by the electrically insulating material when the conductor shoe assembly is engaged with the body.

摘要: The invention concerns a wind safety device for at least two outdoor cranes (2a, 2b), able to move by traveling gears (6) on a jointly shared crane track (1), especially track-mounted full gantry cranes, with holding devices engaging at or in the region of the crane track (1) to prevent the cranes (2a, 2b) from lifting up and being pulled away when certain wind speeds are exceeded, and it being possible to join together at least two neighboring cranes (2a, 2b) in the region of the traveling gears (6).In order to achieve greater safety against the lifting up and pulling away of cranes (2a, 2b) taken out of operation due to high wind speeds prevailing, it is proposed that impact elements (10a, 10b) be arranged above the coupling on the at least two neighboring cranes (2a, 2b), lying against each other when the at least two neighboring cranes (2a, 2b) are coupled together.

摘要: An ID tag describing control data on a stopped position for each station 10, movement required for a transfer, and the like is installed in front of the station 10. An overhead vehicle 8 reads the control data and uses it for stoppage and transfer. The overhead vehicle 8 need not store the stoppage or transfer control data for each station 10. Further, the control data can be changed without updating the storage in the overhead vehicle 8.

摘要: The disclosed invention relates to a force-absorbing member which is formed of a resilient plastic material having a relatively high tensile strength mounted in a suitable restraining member. The force-absorbing member includes an annular mounting flange which is of sufficient size and the material of the force-absorbing member of sufficient strength to permit the force-absorbing member to readily deflect to one side of its axis during use, and the mounting of the flange is such that the flange will not rupture or pull through the member restraining it against movement. The force-absorbing member may be utilized, inter alia, as a bumper per se, as a support for a bumper, as a combined boat rub-rail and line-attaching member, or as part of a shock-absorbing unit of a tow unit, such as a tow chain.
