摘要: The invention discloses a method for preparing mesoporous sound-absorbing material particles and mesoporous sound-absorbing material particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps. In step 1, sound-absorbing material powder and a templating agent are mixed with a binding agent and water to form sol slurry, the templating agent is an organic monomer or a linear polymer, and the templating agent has a purity greater than 95%. In step 2, the sol slurry is dropped into forming oil, and the droplets of the sol slurry are aged in the forming oil to form gel particles. In step 3, the gel particles are taken out from the forming oil and the gel particles are dried to form mesoporous sound-absorbing material particles. In step 4, the mesoporous sound-absorbing material particles are roasted.

摘要: A sound absorption material preparation method, a sound absorption material and a filling method thereof. The preparation method comprises: S1, preparing a non-foaming material slurry; S2, producing a combustible material framework and a cover-shape container, and placing the combustible material framework into the cover-shape container; S3, forming the non-foamed material slurry in the cover-shape container to form a wet formed body; S4, drying the wet formed body to form a dry formed body; and S5, calcining the dry formed body, wherein the combustible material framework is burned off during the calcining step to form connected channels with a three-dimensional structure in the sound absorption material. The preparation method is simple in operation. Connected channels with a three-dimensional structure are formed in the sound absorption material so that the sound absorption effect is improved. The sound absorption material is prepared by the preparation method, has connected channels with a three-dimensional structure therein, and has a good sound absorption effect. The filling method comprises first pre-forming the sound absorption material and then filling same into a space to be filled, so that the sound absorption material fully fills the space to be filled.

摘要: The invention relates to a composition which contains modified chromate-deficient red mud, comprising a mineral composition of—10 to 50 wt. % of iron compounds,—12 to 35 wt. % of aluminum compounds,—5 to 17 wt. % of silicon compounds,—2 to 10 wt. % of titanium dioxide,—0.5 to 6 wt. % of calcium compounds,—0 to 1 ppm of chromium (VI) compounds, and—optionally additional unavoidable impurities. The composition, in particular the modified chromate-deficient red mud, contains a poorly soluble reducing agent for Cr(VI). In this manner, an inexpensive chemical composition is provided in particular as an iteratively functioning long-term adsorbent for pollutants in liquid, gaseous, and solid milieu. The invention further relates to a method for producing same and to uses thereof.

Methods of making a sound dampening material include providing a plaster mixture. The mixture may include a viscoelastic polymer and/or a barium salt. The plaster mixture is combined with water and/or a viscoelastic polymer dispersion, to form a slurry. The slurry is applied to a surface and set to form a sound dampening layer.
