    摘要: Disclosed are functionalized styrene derivatives containing carbazole and their anionic polymerization. Styrene derivatives containing carbazole, and homopolymers or copolymers of the styrene derivatives can be synthesized by the anionic polymerization method. Thusly synthesized high molecular weight polymer containing carbazole has advantages of thermal stability, optical properties, and defined molecular weight and limited molecular weight distribution.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method for partially hydrogenating polymer. The method comprises providing a polymer having at least one vinyl aromatic block; and hydrogenating the polymer in presence of a heterogeneous catalyst on a support selected from the group consisting of BaSO4, Al2O3, TiO2, ZrO2, active carbon and any combination thereof to obtain a hydrogenated polymer. The hydrogenated polymer comprises at least one hydrogenated vinyl aromatic block having a carbon ring linking with a backbone of the hydrogenated polymer, wherein the average weight percent of the hydrogenated vinyl aromatic block(s) having only one and two double bonds on the carbon ring is between 1-30 wt % based on the total weight of the hydrogenated polymer.

    摘要: A method of preparing a dispersion which includes the step of contacting a first phase, a first material immiscible therewith, a first polymeric material and a second polymeric material wherein: (a) (i) said first polymeric material has a repeat unit of the formula (I), wherein A and B are the same or different, are selected from optionally-substituted aromatic and thereoaromatic groups and at least one comprises a relatively polar atom or group and R1 and R2 independently comprise relatively non-polar atoms or groups; (ii) said first polymeric material is prepared or preparable by providing a compound of general formula (I), wherein A, B, R1 and R2 are as described above, in an aqueous solvent and causing the groups C═C in said compound to react with one another to form said first polymeric material; (b) said second polymeric material includes a functional group which is able to react with said first polymeric material so that covalent bonds are formed between said first and second polymeric materials; (c) the ratio of the weight of said first polymeric material to the weight of said first phase is equal to or less than 0.0025; and (d) the ratio of the weight of said second polymeric material to the weight of said first phase is equal to or less than 0.035.
