摘要: An encapsulated dye, may include a dye, such as a vat dye, and an encapsulating agent, such as cyclodextrin. A dye formulation is provided for dyeing a fiber, a yarn including a fiber, and/or a fabric including a fiber. The fiber may be a synthetic fiber. A method of preparing an encapsulated dye and/or a dye formulation, and to a method of dyeing are also described. A fiber, a yarn, and/or a fabric including an encapsulated dye, a fiber, a yarn, and/or a fabric dyed with an encapsulated dye, an installation for dyeing, and to uses of a cyclodextrin, an encapsulated dye, and an installation are provided.

摘要: There is disclosed a method of coating textile fibers, the method comprising applying, on the external surface of textile fibers, a pre-treated oil-in-water emulsion comprising: (i) an aqueous phase containing water; and (ii) a pre-treated oil phase containing at least one reactive condensation-curable film-forming amino-silicone pre-polymer that, subsequent to condensation curing optionally in presence of additional reactants, forms an amino-silicone coat. The pre-treated reactive oil phase includes at least one pre-treated reactant or pre-treated pre-polymer. An aqueous dispersion containing particles of a hydrophilic polymeric material is then applied to the amino-silicone coat, so as to form a polymeric layer thereon. At least one of the oil-in-water emulsion forming a first coat and of the aqueous dispersion forming a second coat may further contain a plurality of sub-micronic pigment particles dispersed therein. Suitable compositions and kits including the same are also disclosed, as well as fibers coated thereby.

摘要: A finishing method for reactive dye inkjet printing based on a cationic modifier includes: using the inkjet printing method to spray print the cationic modifier ink and the reactive dye ink on the cellulose fiber fabrics' pattern area after being subjected to sizing treatment, then subjecting the fabrics to steaming or baking treatment, and subjecting the fabrics to soaping to get the reactive dye inkjet printing fabrics. The timespan of spray printing the cationic modifier ink and reactive dye ink is 0-2 min. Cationic modifier ink includes 1.0-60.0 wt % cationic modifier. The cationic modifier refers to the molecular whose structure contains reactive group and positive charge group and the number average molecular weight of 100-30000. The reactive group is one or more in the group containing epoxy group, triazine, pyridine, and olefin. The positive charge group is one or more in the group containing quaternary ammonium salt, and ammonium chloride.

An aqueous system including a lipase enzyme can be provided. The fibers/yarn/fabric can be pretreated with the aqueous system, and the pretreated fibers/yarn/fabric can be coated or dyed with the powdered dye or powdered precursor dye, or with the aqueous dye formulation or aqueous precursor dye formulation.

摘要: A method based on a hot press technique is used to apply a permanent pattern onto a plush synthetic fabric having a pile. The method generally involves mounting one or more top plates and one or more bottom plates onto a hot press machine, where at least one of the top or bottom plates has a raised relief pattern on its surface. The temperature of the plates is set to at least 180° C. and the top and bottom plates are then pressed together against opposite sides of a plush synthetic fabric having a pile on at least one side, the raised relief pattern engaging the side of the fabric having the pile such that the pattern of the relief is imprinted into the pile.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a dye scavenging substrate which comprises the steps of: (a) providing an absorbent substrate; (b) passing the substrate through a bath containing an alkaline solution of a dye scavenging compound selected from: (i) a N-trisubstituted ammonium-2-hydroxy-3-halopropyl compound having the general formula (I), or (ii) a salt of epoxy propyl ammonium having the general formula (II), or a combination thereof; (c) subjecting the substrate to a pressure of from about 0.04 MPa to about 0.40 MPa; (d) wrapping the substrate in a water impermeable material and rotating the substrate for a period of from about 12 hours to about 60 hours; (e) removing the water impermeable material and passing the substrate through a bath containing an acid solution; (f) subjecting the substrate to a pressure of from about 0.15 MPa to about 0.40 MPa; and (g) drying the substrate.
