摘要: A transfer sheet is provided, whereby a T-shirt or the like can be printed in few steps by means of an electronic image forming device that uses powdered toner, liquid ink, or the like containing a plastic resin. By means of mirror-image printing a picture pattern, which is an electronic image, onto a first sheet, aligning the first sheet and a second sheet, and heat-pressing, a coating is spread over a portion of the picture pattern printed onto the first sheet. The first sheet has a structure including a mold release layer, a resin layer, and a porous resin layer in a substrate, and the second sheet includes a mold release layer, a resin layer, an adhesive layer, and a colored porous resin layer in a substrate.

摘要: A process of printing an image or images on the sails of a watercraft or other wind powered vessel without altering or compromising the efficacy of the sails is described. The process employs a method of printing large-scale, single or multiple panel, continuous, high-resolution photographic and graphic images on sails. The dynamics and curvatures of a sail are integrated into manufacturing process when employed for sails, though the process may be applied to any large-scaled fabric print. The process of the present invention produces printed sails providing for the highest resolution photographic, art, and graphic printing with virtually no weight gain, nor effect on the sail's original performance. Modern equipment is employed to achieve printing of realistic, high quality images directly on to the fabric of sails without compromising flexibility or durability, as well as without infringing on the speed and agility of the sailing craft.

摘要: A liquid and stain-resistant antimicrobial fabric is provided that can withstand the high temperatures required for transfer printing. A coating composition comprising a copolymer composition, an antimicrobial agent and a fluorochemical composition is applied to fabric such as polyester, to produce the coated fabric. The liquid and stain-resistant, antimicrobial, printed fabric retains its natural texture, is durable and easy to handle.

摘要: The transfer sheet is used for dry thermal printing of water swellable celluluse fibers with dyestuffs which are insoluble in water of 60.degree. C. The dyestuffs are difficult to evaporate and cannot be used in a conventional heat transfer printing process. They are transferred at 230.degree. C. and a contact pressure of 10.sup.4 -10.sup.6 Pa from a base paper provided with a release coating, to cellulose fibers which have been swollen with water and the swollen state of which has been preserved after drying with a polyglycol. I order to increase the penetration of dyestuffs into the textile structure, it is recommended to lower the air pressure in the transfer area down to a pressure ranging from 1 to 5.times.10.sup.4 Pa.

摘要: A method for treating natural textile fibres and synthetic polyamide fibres to enhance their affinity for disperse dyestuffs which comprises treating the fibres with an aqueous solution or dispersion of an arylating agent. The arylating agent contains both a benzene or naphthalene ring and a reactive group, such as a halo-triazine group. The fibres may be treated by exhaustion from long liquors or by padding, and the affinity for disperse dyestuffs is considerably increased thereby.
