摘要: In an example, a method comprises receiving a digital representation of a floor plan to be printed by a surface marking robot guided using a remote guiding system, receiving guiding system position information, and receiving obstacle information identifying an obstacle. The method also comprises identifying a specific floor plan feature of the digital representation which intersects a shadow region of the obstacle from a guiding system point of view, and, in response to this, modifying the digital representation to produce a second digital representation, whereby the specific floor plan feature is either deleted or modified in the second digital representation, the modified floor plan feature excluding at least a portion of the specific floor plan feature in the shadow region. The method also comprises operating the surface marking robot to print the second digital representation using the guiding system.

摘要: This application provides an intelligent two-dimensional traffic marking spraying device, to reduce the construction amount of workers, improve the construction quality and the work efficiency. The intelligent two-dimensional traffic marking spraying device includes a baseplate, a coating storage tank, a control box, a armrest, a row of nozzles, a speed sensor, a drive motor and four rotary shafts. When spraying traffic marking, the builders first select the marking, then set the next base point, and turn on the main switch. The coating contained in the coating storage box enters into the nozzle and sprays out. Meanwhile, the solenoid valve opens and closes at the corresponding position through the feedback information of the speed sensor and the control of the controller, so as to achieve the purpose of spraying two-dimensional traffic marking.

摘要: A line marking device (1) comprising a cart (2) with at least one steerable wheel (3) and at least two moving elements (4, 5). The steerable wheel (3) is rotatable around its axle (13) and pivotable such that the cart (2) is steered in a desired direction. The line marking device (1) comprises a GNSS receiver (7) or a robotic total station mounted on the cart (2). The line marking device (1) also comprises at least one spray nozzle (8), for marking a line, which is mounted on the cart and directed towards the ground below the line marking device (1). The device (1) comprises an interface mounted on the cart for a comparator to compare a detected location by the GNSS receiver (7) to a predetermined pattern. The cart (2) may comprise a motor (14) which is adapted to pivot the steerable wheel (3) towards an intended movement.

摘要: A pavement striping devices for heating and applying thermoplastic material to a road surface is provided.
