    摘要: A waterproof sheet which comprises a base layer constituted of a silicone rubber and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer superposed thereon and which is for use in preventing the infiltration of rainwater, etc., characterized in that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is constituted of a cured object of an addition reaction type curable silicone composition in which the theoretical amount of crosslinks is 0.005-0.01 mol/g and the ratio of the amount of SiH groups to the amount of alkenyl groups, SiH/alkenyl, is 0.5-1.1 by mole and which, when cured, has a hardness as measured with a CSR-2 type hardness meter of 3-20. This waterproof sheet can be used over a long period without decreasing in physical property, and has waterproofing properties over a long period. In particular, by delimiting the hardness and adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the waterproof sheet can be made to withstand long-term use. The waterproof sheet exhibits excellent durability concerning pressure-sensitive adhesive properties especially in high-humidity or high-temperature environments.

    摘要: A method of sealing a passage in a body with a sealing composition comprising (a) a major proportion of a latex emulsion or colloid; and (b) a minor proportion of lauric acid or a laurate compound; and (c) at least one further selected additive, ideally a latex coagulation inhibitor, wherein said composition is pumped into said passage where it is set or coagulated to form a seal. Advantageously, the laurate compound is ammonium laurate and coagulation is conveniently induced by adjusting pH of the sealing composition from alkaline to acidic pH range. The method is particularly well suited to sealing in faulty formations or sealing sites and may be used in sealing within salt mines which contain brines.

    摘要: System and method for mounting a waterproofing system comprising a waterproof membrane to shoring for an excavation wall. The mounting system comprises an induction disc having a conductive element, a first disc surface coated with an adhesive, and a second disc surface opposite the first disc surface. A target patch is affixed to the first disc surface by induction welding. The target patch has an outer portion which extends beyond the periphery of the induction disc. The outer portion is affixed to the waterproof membrane. A first hydrophilic washer is secured between the waterproof membrane and the second disc surface of the induction disc. A second hydrophilic washer is secured between the target patch and a rigid washer. A mounting fastener, such as a lag bolt screw, screw, bolt or nail, extends through each of the components and is fastened to the shoring.

    摘要: A method for sealing piles in foundations in the construction field, wherein a hollow-body formwork element is used. The method includes: 1) applying a barrier layer to the foundation; 2) introducing a pile into the foundation, the pile being arranged so as to penetrate the barrier layer; 3) applying a hollow-body formwork element along the central longitudinal axis of the pile, the hollow-body formwork element surrounding the pile; 4) introducing mineral binding agents into the intermediate space between the pile and the hollow-body formwork element; 5) connecting the barrier layer and the hollow-body formwork element. The hollow-body formwork element has on the side facing the pile a contact layer, which includes a composite layer of a porous material and/or a sealant. The hollow-body formwork element can remain as a part of the structure and thus can perform a sealing function.

    摘要: A method for connecting in a liquid-tight manner cooperating lock halves of a locking device of adjacent wall sections of a multi-sectioned wall introduced into a suspension includes providing a first lock half as an inner profiled member and a second lock half as an outer profiled member. The inner profiled member is inserted into the outer profiled member so that the profiled members substantially areally rest at one another and form a capillary gap. An inner groove is cut over the length of the lock halves such that the inner groove extends through the wall of the inner profiled member into the wall of the outer profiled member. The area of the wall of the inner profiled member where the inner groove is located is sealed against the suspension with a sealing material introduced into the gap. The inner and outer profiled members are fused with a fusing material introduced into the inner groove. In an alternative embodiment a receiving groove is provided in the wall of the inner or outer profiled member such that the area where the inner groove is located is sealed by a sealing material introduced into the receiving groove.
