摘要： Wall modules are formed with a steel upstanding support module having integrally formed vertical spaced apart support components with forwardly facing panel support surfaces. Utility channels are fabricated into the upper and lower regions of the support module and a horizontal panel lower support with an upwardly facing platform is provided about the lower portion of the module. A baseboard which is removable provides access to a lower utility channel. Thin, typically flexible panels having strip magnets adhesively bonded to the rearward surface about their periphery, are positioned such that the lower edge of the panel is abuttibly compressibly engaged with the platform and the panels are held in verticality by the magnetic interaction of the strip magnets with the flat module panel support surfaces. The decorative panel magnetic mounting approach may be expanded to preexisting facility walls utilizing a wall-borne lattice system.

摘要： A window assembly for installation across at least a portion of an opening through a partition frame. The window assembly includes a sheet of light-transmitting material defining opposite edges. Side members are disposed on the opposite side edges, and telescope relative to one another. At least one of the side members includes a connector for securing the window assembly to the partition frame. The connector engages the partition frame upon telescoping of the side members to secure the window to the partition frame.

摘要： A space dividing system includes a column and a series of partition panels adapted for interconnection with the column. The column includes an internal passage, and is adapted to receive wiring from a building for supplying power to a receptacle arrangement interconnected with the column. Adjacent panels are connected to the column at spaced locations, and the receptacle arrangement is exposed between the adjacent panels. The column includes a structural skeleton to which the receptacle arrangement is mounted, and a series of covers are releasably engaged with the structural skeleton for finishing the aesthetic appearance of the column. An adjustable height mounting arrangement is interconnected with the upper end of the column for connection to a ceiling to stabilize the upper end of the column. Each panel is in the form of a frame defining an opening within which a core is received. Cover members are releasably engageable with the frame members, and overlie the core so as to releasably maintain the core in position within the opening. End caps are mounted to upper and lower ends of the side frame members, and are utilized to mount various connectors to the panels for interconnecting the panels together and for providing stacking of panels on top of each other.

摘要： An adjustable apparatus includes a partition having upper and lower horizontal frame members, and first and second support panel subassemblies adjustably attached to the partition for adjustably supporting a horizontal panel, such as a shelf. Upper and lower brackets each include a U-shaped section that mateably vertically adjustably engages a rear edge of the associated vertical support panel for providing vertical adjustability. Screws secure the U-shaped section at a selected height to the associated vertical support panel. The upper and lower brackets each further include an attachment flange section with hooks shaped to horizontally adjustably engage slots in the respective horizontal frame members. The upper and lower brackets are selectively attachable to the partition in a plurality of positions including off-module positions located between side edges of the partition. At least one horizontal shelf or worksurface extends between, is attached to, and is supported by the support panel subassemblies. The arrangement provides low cost components and easy adjustability for the horizontal shelf or worksurface, both vertically and horizontally.
