    摘要: A diesel combustion system including an injector and a combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is formed by a cylinder head, a cylinder liner, and a piston. The combustion chamber includes an upper layer and a lower layer. The diameter D1 of the upper layer is larger than the diameter D2 of the lower layer. A junction of the upper layer and the lower layer is provided with an impinging block for rebounding the diesel fuel spray. The impinging block includes an impinging surface, an upper guide surface, and a lower guide surface. When in use, part of the diesel fuel spray is rebounded by the impinging surface, and part of the diesel fuel spray is diffused along the upper guide surface and the lower guide surface of the impinging block to achieve double-layered split flow of the diesel fuel.

    摘要: A fuel vaporizing device has a body with a fuel inlet, air inlet, and vapor outlet. A spiral conduit is formed in the body with a length of 2-6 feet. The spiral conduit has a first end coupled to the air inlet and second end coupled to the vapor outlet. An injector assembly is disposed within the body and coupled to the fuel inlet. The injector assembly introduces atomized fuel into the first end of the spiral conduit. The fuel and air mixture is converted to vaporized fuel through a length of the spiral conduit. The vaporized fuel exits at the vapor outlet. The injector assembly has a compression spring disposed in a cavity of an injector body. An injector piston is disposed in the cavity of the injector body contacting the spring. An injector outlet introduces the atomized fuel into the spiral conduit when the injector piston is displaced.

    摘要: An ultrasonic fuel/power enhancer for producing sound and ultrasound at different wind speeds and conditions is provided. The enhancer is mountable in an air intake of a vehicle with the vehicle having a predetermined number of cylinders and each cylinder having a combustion chamber. The enhancer comprises at least one band and at least one tubular whistle. A whistle connection mechanism is wrapped around the whistle with the whistle connection mechanism having at least one band receiving aperture and the band insertable through one of the band receiving apertures. At least one stabilizing tab is mounted to the whistle connection mechanism wherein the whistle is shaped and designed to produce sonic and ultrasonic sounds thereby atomizing gas droplets being supplied to the combustion chamber of each cylinder.

    摘要: A system and method for delivering catalytic molecular structure to a combustion chamber is disclosed. Catalyst base materials are reduced to a micronic fog by a device using the ultrasonic vibration of a piezoelectric disc. The liquid base materials evaporate instantly upon entering the engines air stream therefore releasing pure catalyst molecules into the combustion zone, thus reducing the time taken for catalytic combustion to the lowest denominator possible and allowing for the greatest effect achievable. This further reduces the amount of catalyst needed in the base solution compared to any other type of device or additive. The system also allows a user to control the delivery rate of the catalyst to the combustion chamber.

In an internal combustion engine according to the present invention, a fuel mixing means is installed at an intake port for use in supplying a mixture of fuel and air into a combustion chamber. The fuel mixing means is provided with a stream-disturbing body having a plurality of vanes for disturbing a stream passing through the intake port. The stream-disturbing body is installed rotatably in the intake port to generate a vortex or turbulence so that fuel and air are mixed uniformly and then supplied into the combustion chamber.

The device body has a top surface, bottom surface and at least one air passage defined about an axis from the top surface-to the bottom surface, containing a chamfer at each end. The upper portion of the passage surface contains a plurality of V-shaped veins about the axis of the passage. The lower portion of the passage narrows in diameter to a point equal to or greater than the vein extension in the upper portion. The lower portion also defines a grooved surface starting at it's beginning having a 60 degree slope edge and a flat bottom major diameter spaced in such a manner as to have a helical shape and to circumscribe the passage wall terminating prior to the end of the lower passage.
