摘要: An electrolysis system may include a pressure-resistant assembly. The pressure-resistant assembly may include a first defined space configured to at least partially immerse a plurality of electrolysis plates in an aqueous solution. The pressure-resistant assembly may further include a second defined space configured to contain an enhancement gas or a component of the enhancement gas. The enhancement gas or the component of the enhancement gas may be generated in the first defined space. A volume of the second defined space may be in the range of 80-120% of a volume of the first defined space.

摘要: The hydrogen supply device includes a liquid hydrogen pump that boosts the pressure of liquid hydrogen stored in a liquid hydrogen tank, a vaporizer that converts the liquid hydrogen discharged from the liquid hydrogen pump into hydrogen gas, a pressure chamber that a hydrogen gas that flows out from the vaporizer is filled with and that supplies the filled hydrogen gas to a hydrogen engine, and a pump control unit. The pump control unit controls the discharge flow rate of the liquid hydrogen pump so that the actual pressure in the pressure chamber becomes a target pressure based on the hydrogen flow rate supplied to the hydrogen engine, the actual pressure in the pressure chamber, and the rotation speed of the hydrogen engine. At the same time, the target pressure of the pressure chamber is changed according to the rotation speed of the hydrogen engine.

摘要: Some embodiments described herein relate to a method of operating a compression ignition engine. The method of operating the compression ignition engine includes opening an intake valve to draw a volume of air into a combustion chamber, closing an intake valve, and moving a piston from a bottom-dead-center (BDC) position to a top-dead-center (TDC) position in the combustion chamber at a compression ratio of at least about 15:1. The method further includes injecting a volume of fuel into the combustion chamber at an engine crank angle between about 330 degrees and about 365 degrees during a first time period. The fuel has a cetane number less than about 40. The method further includes combusting substantially all of the volume of fuel. In some embodiments, a delay between injecting the volume of fuel into the combustion chamber and initiation of combustion is less than about 2 ms.

摘要: Operating a gaseous fuel engine system includes combusting a mixture containing a gaseous hydrogen fuel and air in a cylinder of an engine, varying an operating parameter of the engine to which a crown surface temperature of a piston within the cylinder is responsive, and populating a temperature model based on a value of the varied operating parameter. Operating a gaseous fuel engine system further includes operating an oil spray apparatus to spray oil onto the piston based on the populated temperature model, and maintaining the crown surface temperature of the piston between a high temperature limit and a pre-ignition mitigation temperature limit based on the operating of the oil spray apparatus. Related apparatus and control logic is also disclosed.

摘要: Disclosed is an ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel control system based on reactivity regulation. The control system comprises a vehicle-mounted ammonia-hydrogen fuel supply system, an ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel premixed combustion engine and an ECU (Electronic Control Unit). The ECU is used for regulating the air injection amount and pressure value of ammonia fuel and hydrogen waiting to enter the ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel premixed combustion engine. The vehicle-mounted ammonia-hydrogen fuel supply system comprises a low-pressure liquid ammonia supply unit and a vehicle-mounted hydrogen production unit, and is used for providing the prepared low-pressure ammonia fuel and hydrogen for the ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel premixed combustion engine. The ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel premixed combustion engine comprises a turbulent jet ignition device provided with a pre-chamber. An ammonia injector and a first hydrogen injector which face the cylinder head are respectively arranged on the air inlet pipe.
