The valve arrangement (V) comprises at least a low-pressure change-over valve (U), a check valve (R) for combining discharge flows of both pumps (5, 6), and a system pressure-limiting valve (DB). At least the low-pressure change-over valve (U) and the check valve (R) are arranged in an interior of the housing (1, 2, 4) and are connected so that the discharge flows of both pumps (5, 6) are combined in the housing interior for a single pressure outlet (13, P′) of the housing, and wherein the system pressure-limiting valve (DB) is connected to the pressure outlet and is mounted on an exterior of the housing.

    摘要: Liquid raising systems raise liquid from a system inlet to a system outlet without any moving parts below the system outlet. One or more closed cells are disposed at elevations between the system inlet and outlet. A liquid conduit leads from the bottom of each cell to the top of the next downstream cell. Gas pressure-differential between two next-adjacent cells causes liquid to flow through the liquid conduit to the next cell. The pressure-differential need be only enough to move the liquid between adjacent cells. The cells are cyclically filled and emptied by sequentially applying the gas at higher and lower pressures to adjacent cells, thus progressively moving liquid toward the system outlet. A cell can have a variety of shapes and sizes, so long as the cell gas inlet is above the liquid inlet, and the liquid outlet is below both the liquid inlet and the gas inlet.

    摘要: A circuit arrangement for controlling the output torque of a hydrostatic machine connected to a hydraulic system having an impressed operating pressure. The circuit arrangement has a control element for changing the output torque of the machine based upon operating parameters corresponding to pressure, speed, temperature and the like. Control means are supplied with a desired torque value for generating a control signal for actuating the control element. Pick-up means are connected to the control means and to the control element for picking up a pivotal angle .alpha. or an eccentricity E, respectively, representing an actual displacement volume of the hydrostatic machine. The pivotal angle .alpha. and the eccentricity E are measured in either an analog or a digital manner. When measured in an analog manner, the desired value of the pivotal angle is .alpha.=M/P and the desired value of the eccentricity is E=M/P, where M is the torque and P is the pressure. When measured in a digital manner, the desired value for the pivotal angle and the eccentricity, respectively, are determined from previously determined measured values.

Sealed through openings for high pressure medium are provided in the sealing disc. The maximal feeding flow of the pressure medium is limited by throttled passages provided in the sealing disc. A pressure control valve is provided, which is connected to an inner chamber of the housing, accommodating the eccentric.

    摘要: The radial plunger pump has a rotor in which a plurality of plungers are radially slidingly received and have their outer ends in engagement with a guide ring which is provided so as to be eccentric from the rotor, so that the plungers reciprocate in their cylinders as the rotor rotates. The eccentric amount is controlled by the movement of a controlling piston, and the movement of the controlling piston is controlled by a pilot valve. The pilot valve which has a sleeve and a shaft member, switches the pressure in a chamber formed behind the controlling piston in order to control the movement of the controlling piston. The position of the shaft member of the pilot valve is further controlled by an electrical control, so that the critical point at which the pilot valve switches the pressure is controlled by the electrical control.

    摘要: In a hydraulic system having a plurality of variable displacement pumps driven by a prime mover, each pump has a variable ratio input device connected to a load sensing means. Each variable ratio input device automatically reduces the displacement of its respective pump by the same proportion when the prime mover is overloaded irrespective of the displacement setting of the pump and automatically increases the displacement of its pump by the same proportion up to the set displacement when the prime mover is not overloaded.
