    摘要: A linkage extends between an actuator and a valve in a turbocharger. The linkage comprises two spaced member bodies having central portions with opposing curved shapes that extend between ends translatable along and rotatable about spaced pivots. Translation of one member toward the other member compresses the central portions, increasing overall stiffness of the linkage, and translation of one member away from the other member creates a gap between the central portions, allowing independent translation of the ends along the spaced pivots to compensate for misalignment between the actuator and the valve caused by heat and vibration. Another linkage extending between an actuator and a valve in a turbocharger includes two planar spaced member bodies extending between ends translatable along and rotatable about spaced pivots. The two member bodies have different thicknesses.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for fitting a connecting member at one end of a control rod, wherein a sleeve of resistant fibres impregnated with polymerizable resin is applied substantially against the inner wall of the end, the end is flattened at least until the portions of inner face of the sleeve, disposed on either side of the plane of flattening, are applied against one another, substantially completely obturating the section of the flattened portion of the tubular end, and the resin impregnating the sleeve is polymerized after flattening. The invention is more particularly applicable to the obtaining of light, resistant connecting rods, especially for aircraft.

    摘要: A link for a wheel suspension of a vehicle may include a middle section and two end sections. The end sections may have connecting points for receiving linking and/or joining elements. The object of providing a link that has sufficient stability and rigidity throughout a service life of that link and that can be produced cost-effectively is accomplished at least in part and at least in some cases by way of the middle section of the link being formed from at least two shells. The at least two shells may in some cases have substantially U-shaped cross sections, and the at least two shells may be joined together by integral bonding, force locking, and/or form fitting in a butt joint or a lap joint.
