    摘要: A bypass strainer valve assembly can be used for controlling the flow of a fluid. The bypass strainer valve assembly can have a valve body with a valve body inlet, a valve body outlet, and a filter chamber. A first valve element can be moveable within the valve body between a first position and a second position, and a second valve element can be moveable within the valve body between a first position and a second position. The first valve element in the first position and the second valve element in the first position can be configured to cooperatively direct fluid through the filter chamber, as the fluid flows from the valve body inlet to the valve body outlet.

    摘要: According to one aspect, a fluid control system is provided comprising a servicing tool set and at least one valve assembly comprising an actuator and a valve operationally engageable therewith; each valve comprising a valve body; each actuator comprising an actuator body having an upper base and side walls; wherein each actuator body is engageable with a valve body, and wherein the system is configured to allow: engaging the servicing tool set with an actuator and subsequently applying torque to an actuator body engaged with a valve body and thereby disengaging the actuator body from the valve body; the at least one valve assembly comprising at least one Normally Closed (NC) valve; wherein the NC valve is configured to allow activating an actuator engaged therewith with pressurized fluid and thereby opening the NC valve, wherein the actuator comprises a nipple and the servicing tool set comprises a ratchet and at least one socket engageable with the actuator body, and wherein the at least one socket is sized and shaped to accommodate the nipple, and wherein the servicing tool set is further configured to allow operationally coupling the pressurized fluid to the actuator.

A first position locking assembly may lock a selected position of the support arm with respect to the base, and may include a drum structure of one of the first and second components of the first movable joint and a shoe structure of another one of the first and second components of the first movable joint. The shoe structure may be movable to selectively move outwardly against the drum structure to resist rotation of the drum structure with respect to the shoe structure and thereby resist movement of the first support arm with respect to the base.

    摘要: A pilot operated pressure relief valve includes a valve body having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet connected by a fluid passageway. A valve plug may be disposed within the fluid passageway, the valve plug cooperating with a valve seat to control fluid flow through the fluid passageway. An actuator may be connected to the valve plug, the regulator biasing the valve plug towards the valve seat. A pilot assembly may include a first pilot valve and a second pilot valve, wherein the pilot assembly directs fluid pressure upstream of the valve plug to one of the first and second pilot valves. When the upstream fluid pressure exceeds a predetermined level, the valve plug moves away from the valve seat allowing fluid to flow through the fluid passageway.

    摘要: A regulator valve includes a duct, a valve element, and an actuator. The duct has an inner surface defining a flow passage. The valve element is movably disposed within the flow passage between an open position, in which fluid is permitted to flow through the flow passage, and a closed position, in which fluid is restricted from flowing through the flow passage. The actuator is coupled to the valve element and at least facilitates movement thereof between the closed and open positions and locking of the valve element in an intermediate position therebetween. The actuator comprises a shaft and a locking system. The shaft is coupled to the valve element and moves therewith. The locking system is coupled to the shaft and is activated when the valve element is in the intermediate position, to thereby at least inhibit movement of the shaft and the valve element.

    摘要: A combination manual/pneumatic shut-off valve (11) is disclosed. The valve comprises a housing (13); a valve chamber (17) which is disposed in the housing and which has a fluid inlet (19) and a fluid outlet (21); a diaphragm (23); a valve seat (25); a pneumatically driven actuator (29) which is adapted to move the diaphragm from a first position in which the diaphragm and the valve seat form a seal between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet, to a second position in which the fluid inlet and fluid outlet are in open communication with each other; and a handle (31) adapted to manually move the diaphragm from the second position to the first position by way of the actuator, independently of the pneumatic control signal. The valve allows the length of process fluid control assemblies, and hence the size of fluid panels, to be reduced by combining the functionalities of a manual valve and a pneumatic valve into a single element.

    摘要: An electrically controlled faucet is disclosed which is operable by pushing a button or placing hands within the operating range of a sensor. The faucet is mounted to a sink deck or like surface using specially configured gasket means which insure against slippage of the faucet on the deck. The gasketing means provide special channels through which electrical operating wires can be securely passed from the faucet to operating means below the sink deck. These operating means include a solenoid valve that controls fluid flow through the faucet and a temperature control valve fluidly linked to the solenoid valve. Solenoid disabling pressure buildup in the line linking the temperature control valve and solenoid is bled through special bleed means in the temperature control valve inlets.

    摘要: Disclosed is an improvement to a direct pressure regulator including a timer device, transmission means, and a valve controlling the gas flow. The improvement is characterized in that the transmission means that transmits power from the timer device to the valve includes an indirect transmission member that transmits the power indirectly rather than directly as in the prior art. The structure allows the assembly of the constituent parts of the direct pressure regulator to be much more easily accomplished. No adjustment or calibration is needed after the assembly. Manufacture cost and fault rate are both significantly reduced.
