    摘要: The invention concerns an apparatus for and a method of treating a plurality of zones of a processing line with a liquid, the liquid comprising a treatment liquid and a carrier liquid, wherein the treatment liquid is introduced into pipes conveying the carrier liquid to each zone as discrete slugs, and wherein the volume of each slug is selectively variable or wherein each slug may be introduced into the pipes at a selectively variable frequency. Preferably the treatment liquid is applied to all zones from a single source, and the slugs, upon discharge at least at one zone, remain substantially concentrated. The invention particularly concerns the lubricating of conveyors as in bottling lines.

    摘要: A two-dimensional constant-quantity oil distributing valve for use in a central lubrication system, which includes an outlet port, an inlet passage, an oil accumulating chamber and a pressure accumulating chamber, with the axes of the outlet port, inlet passage, oil accumulating chamber and pressure accumulating chamber being included in a plane, i.e., arranged two dimensionally. This valve includes from one side to the other the outlet port, valve means, inlet passage, oil accumulating chamber and pressure accumulating chamber, while the axes of these members except for that of the inlet passage are in alignment on one line with each other, with the axis of the inlet passage being directed at a right angle to the aforesaid aligned common axis. Unlike the prior art three dimensional distributing valve of this kind, the valve according to the present invention minimizes its size, because of the two-dimensional arrangement of the components involved.

    摘要: A lubricant injector includes a lubricant inlet, a lubricant outlet, a control piston and a metering piston. The control piston is configured to conduct lubricant from the lubricant inlet to the metering piston, and the metering piston is configured to pump the lubricant provided by the control piston to the at least one lubricant outlet. The metering piston includes a first metering chamber and a second metering chamber that are each connected to the at least one lubricant outlet. The lubricant injector further includes first and second lubricant channels, and in a first switching state of the control piston the lubricant inlet is connected via the first control space to the first lubricant channel and the second metering chamber, and in a second switching state the lubricant inlet is connected via the second control space to the second lubricant channel and the first metering chamber.

    摘要: By mounting a line blind valve (2) between a grease container (i) and a grease lubrication pump (3) replacement and mounting of the grease container can take place without leak of grease during the mounting as the outlet section must turn downwards during the mounting. By providing the installation with a line blind valve this can block grease leakage during the mounting and thereafter be opened. The valve (2) includes a flat central part (1o) with an opening (ii) which part can be displaced in relation to an upper positioned inlet section (4) and a lower positioned outlet section (8) and by displacement of the slide open and close for passage. In order to keep these parts (4, 8, 10) together a magnet (6, 7) is embedded in each of the two parts (4, 8) by which a sealed connection is secured with no air infiltration.
