摘要: A speed control device working with hydraulic fluid makes use of a displacement type pump. The pressure head delivered by the pump is used directly as control pressure actuating a servo-motor. The pressure head is dependent upon the pump speed which, in turn, is a function of the speed to be controlled. The regulating range of the pressure head of the pump is increased by a differential pressure controller, making use of a nozzle member, cooperating with a diaphragm and a throttle plate.

摘要: An integrated transmission-engine control for a transmission, such as a hydrostatic transmission having a variable displacement unit connectable to an engine and a second displacement unit connected to an output shaft, including fluid pressure-operated ratio governor means for the transmission, fluid pressure-operated means for controlling the supply of fuel to an engine, a power demand valve for converting a particular power demand to a particular fluid pressure primary control signal. The primary control signal is applied to the ratio governor means in opposition to a signal representing engine speed to set the transmission ratio for a desired engine speed and also applied to the fuel supply controlling means to establish a fuel setting to match engine horsepower to engine speed for minimum fuel consumption.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for producing a control pressure which corresponds to a rotary speed imparted to a shaft of a pump which is a part of the device. The device includes a measuring orifice formed by a fixed throttle and a control orifice formed by piston arrangement operating as a controlled throttle. The controlled throttle is responsive to oppositely acting pressures from opposite sides of the fixed throttle. The controlled throttle is in series with a fixed discharge throttle and the control pressure is tapped from between the controlled throttle and the discharge throttle.

摘要: A hydraulic servo-motor for the control of an internal combustion engine which is equipped with a servo-piston, with a fuel quantity control mechanism and with a control slide valve member arranged coaxially to the servo-piston which itself is in operative connection with a centrifugal governor; a working medium under pressure is supplied by a pump driven directly or indirectly by the internal combustion engine; an auxiliary piston arranged coaxially to the servo-piston and to the control slide valve member is acted upon by the pressure of the working medium and permits in case of an existing pressure of the working medium, a stroke of the control slide valve member in one direction which is limited by the servo-piston and a stroke of the control piston in the other direction which is limited by the auxiliary piston; a spring supported at the servo-piston acts on the auxiliary piston opposite the pressure of the working medium and clamps together the control slide valve member and the servo-piston in case of absence of pressure in the working medium.

摘要: A constant speed drive system which is automatically controlled according to the load of the pump, fan, etc. driven by the system. Control of the system is achieved by means of a pump or compressor and a diaphragm-actuated spool valve, wherein a reference point or pressure in a spool valve is matched with a pressure, proportional to the speed of the load or output shaft, acting on a diaphragm in the spool valve. The spool valve, in turn, modulates the pressure to a clutch actuator for a clutch located between a constant speed motor and a shaft driving the requisite load.
