摘要: A method and apparatus are provided for controlling a sensorless multi-phase permanent magnet (PM) motor by sensing induced motor terminal voltages from the PM motor while the rotor is spinning, generating an input voltage vector signal from the plurality of induced motor terminal voltages, projecting the input voltage vector signal to a transformed voltage vector signal which does not include DC-offset components by using a Clarke transformation without a zero component that is applied to the input voltage vector signal, and estimating an initial rotor position of the rotor from the transformed voltage vector signal, wherein said sensing, projecting, and estimating are performed while a power converter for the sensorless multi-phase PM motor is disabled.

摘要: A rotor position judging unit detects a rotor position by utilizing induced voltages generated at respective phases of an armature winding. While a field current flowing through a field winding rises toward a target value (while the field current temporally changes), induced voltages are generated at the respective phases of the armature winding by temporal differentiation of a magnetic flux which interlinks with the armature winding. The rotor position judging unit detects the rotor position (d-axis of a rotor) on a basis of a table containing combination of amplitude ratios and polarities of the induced voltages generated at the respective phases.

摘要: A motor controller includes current measurement circuitry and estimation circuitry. The current measurement circuitry is adapted to be coupled to a motor, and configured to measure current in the motor. The estimation circuitry is coupled to the current measurement circuitry, and includes a memory, current computation circuitry, and summation circuitry. The memory stores coefficients of a function for estimating current related to variation of inductance of the motor. The current computation circuitry is coupled to the memory, and is configured to compute a compensation current value based on the coefficients. The summation circuitry is coupled to the current compensation circuitry, and is configured to generate a position error signal by subtracting the compensation current value from a measured current value generated by the current measurement circuitry.

The method includes: driving a rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor to rotate at a constant speed; acquiring counter electromotive forces of a stator of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and a position of a rotor of the resolver; calculating a space vector phase angle θ1 based on the counter electromotive forces; acquiring a rotation angle θ2 measured by the resolver; calculating an installation deviation Δθ corresponding to the space vector phase angle θ1 and the rotation angle θ2; and adjusting a position of the resolver until the installation deviation Δθ meets a precision requirement.

摘要: The present invention allows a driving device, which drives a three-phase brushless motor in a sensorless manner, to detect an initial position of the brushless motor and start drive of the motor without performing positioning processing. In a device for driving a brushless motor by sequentially switching six energizing modes, in which two phases to be energized are selected out of three phases, energization is performed sequentially in six energizing modes before start of drive so that the motor does not rotate, and each induced voltage of an opened phase is acquired, induced voltage difference is obtained in each predetermined combination of energizing modes, and it is estimated to which one of six divided regions an initial position of the brushless motor corresponds based on a maximum value of induced voltage differences obtained.

摘要: The control device of the alternative rotating electrical machine is configured as follows. a d-axis current command value and a q-axis current command value are kept at zero in dq vector control, in the state where the alternative rotating electrical machine is rotating. A time during which the output of the middle point level judging means is Hi is counted. A duty is calculated out from the ratio with a carrier wave cycle, and a conversion is conducted into a two-axis rotating coordinate system (three-phase to two-phase conversion) from the calculated out duty and the magnetic pole position, to calculate out a two-phase signal. The magnetic pole position origin point correction amount is calculated out based on a predetermined operation equation, from the two-phase signal. 摘要: A method and apparatus for detecting an initial position of a rotor of a motor includes: switching on or off respective switches in respective connecting branches connected to respective phase windings of the motor so as to obtain different switch state combinations capable of supporting different phase states of the motor, wherein the different switch state combinations support inputting voltages for different phases to the motor; for each switch state combination, injecting a voltage and recording a start time; monitoring respective phase currents of the motor, including: stopping the injecting of the voltage in response to determining that at least one of the respective phase currents is greater than a current threshold during the injecting of the voltage; and recording an end time in response to determining that the respective phase currents are all attenuated to zero after stopping the injecting of the voltage; and calculating a time difference between the end time and the start time; and determining the initial position of the rotor based on respective time differences in different switch state combinations.
