摘要: The present disclosure provides an apparatus and a method for determining a location-spoofing application, the method comprising: generating a numeric representation of an application name of an application used for generating a geolocation position signal of a user using a variable derived from a list of application names relating to a plurality of other applications capable of generating a geolocation position signal of a user; and determining a prediction on whether the application is a location-spoofing application based on a scale of the generated numeric representation of the application name.

摘要: A method of performing authentication and authorization in Proximity based Service (ProSe) communication by a requesting device which sends a request of a communication and a receiving device which receives the request from the requesting device, the method including deriving session keys Kpc and Kpi from an unique key Kp at the requesting and receiving devices, using the session keys Kpc and Kpi for ProSe communication setup and direct communication between the requesting and receiving devices, starting the direct communication with the requesting and receiving devices. The key Kpc is confidentiality key and the key Kpi is integrity protection key.

摘要: Aspects presented herein may enable a UE to identify whether images captured by the camera(s) of the UE are spoofed (e.g., are real images or false/manipulated/virtual images, etc.). In one aspect, a UE obtains a set of images associated with a vision-aided positioning session, where the set of images is captured using at least one first camera. The UE detects that at least one spoofing feature is present in the set of images during the vision-aided positioning session. The UE stores or outputs an indication of the at least one spoofing feature based on the at least one spoofing feature being present in the set of images. The UE performs the camera-aided positioning session based on at least one non-spoofing feature, where the at least one non-spoofing feature is different from the at least one spoofing feature.

摘要: Systems and methods for securing data transmissions using distance measurements are disclosed. A mobile device (such as a smart phone) and a base station can use ultra-wideband technology to determine the distance between the two devices. The distance measurements produced by the mobile device and the base station can be compared, directly or indirectly by the mobile device, the base station, and/or an access device to determine whether the mobile device is present at an access device or if the mobile device is not present at the access device (as expected during a relay attack). If the mobile device is not present at the access device, the access device can prevent or cancel an interaction based on the data transfer (e.g., opening a locked door of a secure building in response to receiving an access credential from the mobile device).
