    摘要: A powder supply apparatus, comprising a powder receiving device which receives powder, a hopper for storing powder that has an outlet at the bottom thereof, a screw feeder which is provided at the outlet of the hopper, has an extrusion port, and pushes the powder received from the outlet of the hopper toward the extrusion port by a screw. The powder supply apparatus also has a diaphragm pump having a suction port and a discharge port, and discharges air sucked from the suction port to the discharge port by an operation of a diaphragm. An atmospheric passage communicates the suction port of the diaphragm pump with the atmosphere. A communicating passage communicates the discharge port of the diaphragm pump with the powder receiving device. The extrusion port of the screw feeder is positioned within the atmospheric passage so as to supply the powder to the atmospheric passage.

    摘要: The present invention provides a snack food with a bar-like body and a food portion that comprises at least one type of chopped nuts, chopped grains, and chopped dried fruit wrapped at one end of the bar-like body. The food portion is bound into a solid body by means of a food binder. A nut food is applied to a bar-like body to manufacture the food into a lollipop shape, and the food portion can be stably fixed on the bar-like body by means of a special structure of a fixing end of the bar-like body. The proportions of the nuts, grains, and/or fruit in the present invention is greater than half of the weight of the food portion; thus, the food has rich nutrition, does not cause excess sugar intake, and is a snack food suitable for consumers of all ages.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing plant-based meat with artificial muscle fiber inserted therein. The method for manufacturing plant-based meat with artificial muscle fiber inserted therein, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a step of preparing an artificial muscle fiber composition by mixing alginic acid, carrageenan, and glucomannan in distilled water (S100); and a step of injecting the artificial muscle fiber composition into an inner nozzle of a 3D printer having double nozzles in which the inner nozzle is inserted inside an outer nozzle, injecting a vegetable protein composition into the outer nozzle, and then conducting 3D printing (S200).
