摘要: Provided is a contrast-sensitivity test device that is smaller than conventional ones and that enables a desired illumination environment to be easily set and enables a contrast sensitivity test to be conducted easily and accurately. The contrast-sensitivity test device includes: an illumination unit that emits illumination light such that a field of view of a subject is in a specified illumination environment; a visual target presentation unit that is located within the field of view of the subject and that switches and sequentially presents a plurality of visual targets having different contrasts; a response-time measurement unit that, when the illumination light is emitted, measures a response time after each visual target is presented until the subject recognizes the visual target; and a casing that houses the illumination unit, the visual target presentation unit, and the response-time measurement unit.

摘要: A method of testing a subject for impairment includes presenting the subject with a display of a smoothly moving object, repeatedly moving over a tracking path and, while presenting the display to the subject, measuring the subject's right eye positions and measuring the subject's left eye positions. The method further includes generating a disconjugacy metric by comparing the measured right eye positions with the measured left eye positions, comparing the disconjugacy metric with a predetermined baseline to determine whether the disconjugacy metric is indicative of an impairment, and generating a report based on the disconjugacy metric.

摘要: The present disclosure is related to a method and apparatus for determining THC usage of a person. The present disclosure describes acquiring a video sequence, of an eye of a patient, the video sequence being a plurality of video frames, determining a frequency spectrum from a pupillary data of the video sequence, and determining, based on the frequency spectrum, the physiological characteristic or drug of use of the patient. In an embodiment, at least one frequency can be probed based on which physiological characteristic is being explored. For example, the physiological characteristic can be Δ#-tetrahydrocannabinol, and the at least one frequency probed can be selected to be specific to Δ#-tetrahydrocannabinol.

摘要: Various implementations disclosed herein relate to systems, methods, and devices to facilitate mass vision screening of individuals. An example method includes capturing a first image of an individual and confirming an identity of the individual based on the first image. In response to confirming the identity of the individual, the method may further include capturing one or more second images of an eye of the individual; determining one or more health metrics of the individual based on the one or more second images, and transmitting, to a remote device, the identity of the individual and the one or more health metrics of the individual. The one or more health metrics may include at least one of a pupillary distance of the individual, a pupil size of the eye of the individual, a complete refraction of the eye of the individual, or an alignment indicator of the eye of the individual.

摘要: A head-mounted display (HMD) determines whether a set of criteria is satisfied based on eye-related readings collected by a camera of the HMD and wirelessly transmits a set of messages in response to a determination that the set of criteria is satisfied. An attachment includes a set of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and activates the set of LEDs to emit the light at the bleaching intensity in response to receiving the set of messages.
