摘要: In one aspect, inks for use with a three-dimensional (3D) printing system are described herein. In some embodiments, an ink described herein comprises 10-70 wt. % cyclopolymerizable monomer, based on the total weight of the ink. The cyclopolymerizable monomer comprises a first ethenyl or ethynyl moiety and a second ethenyl or ethynyl moiety. Additionally, the α-carbon of the first ethenyl or ethynyl moiety and the α-carbon of the second ethenyl or ethynyl moiety have a 1,5-, 1,6-, 1,7-, or 1,8-relationship.

摘要: A ventilation module is disclosed having a ventilation outlet channel including a gas flow inlet side and an opposite gas flow outlet side. The ventilation outlet channel is separated in the longitudinal direction to form at least two ventilation channel portions, such that the at least two ventilation channel portions are adjustable away from and towards one another transversely to the longitudinal extent of the ventilation outlet channel. The width of the ventilation outlet channel and thus the flow cross section can be increased or decreased.

摘要: A method of installing a liner assembly for pipeline repair or reinforcement includes: pulling a prepared liner assembly into position in the pipeline, the liner assembly including a tubular liner wetted with a curable compound; introducing fluid into the inflatable bladder to bring the tubular liner into firm contact with an interior surface of the pipeline; flowing the fluid continuously through the bladder and discharging the fluid into the pipeline, while maintaining the liner assembly in an inflated condition; measuring a flow rate and a temperature of the fluid entering the bladder; calculating a time period sufficient for the tubular liner to cure based on: an amount of heat required for curing, based on dimensional information of the liner, and the measured flow rate and temperature of the fluid; and maintaining the liner assembly in an inflated condition for the time period sufficient for the tubular liner to cure.

摘要: A photopolymerizable composition comprises at least a polymerizable resin, a photosensitizer, an annihilator, and a photoinitiator. The photosensitizer is formulated to absorb an excitation light signal received in a first range of wavelengths. The annihilator is formulated to emit a light signal in a second range of wavelengths different from the first. During the absorption of light by the photosensitizer in the first range of wavelengths, the annihilator emits a light signal in the second range, a photon energy of the emitted light signal being greater than a photon energy of the light signal received by the photosensitizer. The annihilator is also formulated to implement an energy transfer mechanism to excite the photoinitiator for polymerization of the resin. The excited photoinitiator is formulated to generate at least one polymerizable initiator to cause the polymerization reaction. Related methods, such as three-dimensional printing methods, and materials are also disclosed.

The method also includes providing an air heating assembly having a cover extending in a longitudinal direction between a first cover end and a second cover end and extending in a transverse direction between a primary cover end and a secondary cover end, the cover defining a cavity.

摘要: A system for molding an object includes an articulated mold having an axis and a plurality of mold portions configured to collectively define a molding cavity for shaping the object when arranged in respective molding positions. The system includes a plurality of actuators, each operatively coupled to a respective mold portion and configured to move the respective mold portion along the axis from the respective molding position toward a respective ejecting position for releasing the object. The system includes a controller in communication with each of the plurality of actuators and configured to independently activate each of the plurality of actuators such that one of the plurality of mold portions moves along the axis from the respective molding position toward the respective ejecting position while at least one other of the plurality of mold portions remains stationary relative to the object in order to at least partially support the object.
