摘要： The card comprises a first translucent or transparent substrate layer, preferably in PVC, and a second substrate layer, and a cracked layer of ink between the two substrate layers so as to allow the second substrate layer to show through the cracks of the layer of ink. The cracked layer of printing ink comprises mirror-effect ink, that reflects light through the first translucent or transparent substrate layer. The cracking of the layer of ink is achieved when the card is manufactured by laminating it.

摘要： There are provided a shaping sheet provided on a surface thereof with a fine irregular shape which is capable of forming a fine pattern with a high-grade feel on a material to be shaped, and is excellent in releasability from the material, as well as a decorative plate shaped by the shaping sheet. The shaping sheet of the present invention includes a substrate, at least an ink layer partially formed on the substrate and a surface shaped layer which is present on and contacted with the ink layer so as to cover a whole surface including both a region where the ink layer is formed and a region where no ink layer is formed, wherein the surface shaped layer is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, and has a convex shape on a surface thereof which is located in a portion just above the ink layer and in the vicinity of the portion. The shaping sheet is provided on a surface thereof with a fine irregular shape, which is capable of forming a fine pattern with a high-grade feel on a material to be shaped, and excellent in releasability from the material.

摘要： A decorative fabricated covering includes a first piece of vinyl. A first ink layer is printed on the first piece of vinyl and a textured layer is printed on top of the first ink layer. A second ink layer is printed on a second separate piece of vinyl. The first and second pieces of vinyl are then laminated together. An overprint layer may be printed on top of the textured layer and a second textured layer may be printed on top of the overprint resin layer. A domed layer may be formed on top of the second ink layer and a reflective material, such as glitter, may be mixed in the second textured layer.

摘要： The present invention relates to structures exhibiting unique appearances resulting from the presence of crinkled chip materials. A reflective and/or nacreous platelet or flake material is intermixed with a plasticizer and a general purpose resin, and the mixture is formed into a reflective sheet. The reflective sheet is pulverized to provide a chip material which is then used alone or in combination with other chips to form a mottle comprising a vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer. Upon consolidating the mottle into a decorative surface, the nacreous and/or reflective chips are found to surprisingly exhibit an enhanced crinkled appearance, thereby exhibiting unique aesthetic properties.

摘要： A device for creating and displaying artistic flow patterns in picture-like form utilizing different colored classes of particles carried in a picture-like container, with the different classes of particles having different physical properties causing the particles to form semi-random accumulations and concentrations to provide the artistically pleasing flow pattern effect. Two rectangular glass or plastic plates are held in closely spaced parallel relation by a surrounding frame and the particulate material is carried in the space between the two plates. In different forms of the invention, the artistic effect is enchanced by making at least some of the particles translucent and shining light through them, by making at least some of the particles fluorescent and reflecting from them, making the different classes of particles in various colors, etc. The method form of the invention involves selection of particle classes, each class having unique visual appearance and having sufficient differentiation between physical characteristics, such as size, shape, density, or any other properties affecting relative physical movement in such manner that the particles flow differently and cause a heterogeneous array of concentrations and accumulations of the different classes of particles to provide a different design each time the particles are disturbed. Means is provided for continuous agitation of the particles to provide dynamic flow patterns in one modification of the invention, and a method is provided for retaining the particles in a desired configuration in another modification of the invention.
