摘要: The present disclosure relates to a crash pad for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof. In an embodiment, the crash pad for a vehicle includes: a skin layer configured to form an outer surface of a crash pad including an airbag module; a core layer formed on a lower surface of the skin layer; and a foam layer formed between the core layer and the skin layer, wherein the skin layer has a tensile strength of 15 to 120 kgf/cm2 and an elongation at break of 50 to 700% measured in accordance with JIS K6301 standard, and a bonding strength of 0.25 kgf/cm or more as measured in accordance with ISO 813 standard.

At least one securing element which is rigidly connected by a first end region to the display device and by a second end region to the element designed for connection to the supporting structure. Under action of specific pulses, the guide system can achieve a substantially translational displacement of the display device by a relative movement between the rail element and the slide element in the guide plane.

摘要: A vehicle knee bolster to which an impact absorption structure according to the present disclosure is applied includes a blow molding body attached to an instrument panel reinforcement of a vehicle via a bracket. When the vehicle has a collision, the blow molding body deforms plastically by being compressed between the bracket and a knee of an occupant. The blow molding body has an orifice (air discharge hole) through which air inside the blow molding body is discharged to outside when an internal pressure of the blow molding body increases due to the compression.

摘要: A plastic component for an interior of a vehicle comprises: a first piece including a first support element; and a second piece facing the first piece and including a second support element adjacent to the first support element within an interstice between the first piece and the second piece; wherein, the first support element extends from an interstice-facing surface of the first piece at a junction, and the junction has a junction thickness that is less thick than a thickness of the first support element adjacent to the junction. During the transition from a non-impact position to an impact position, the junction can separate to induce breakage of the first piece in the interstice between the first piece and the second piece and not viewable from the interior of the vehicle.
